2. IMPORTANT PROGRAM FRAMEWORK
- The Program is a long-term, performance-based commercial relationship opportunity for eligible Social Media Account Owners.
- The current Applicable Percentage is 10% for the collective Annual Loyalty Net Profit Share allocation, subject to the official Program documents.
- The 10% allocation is collective and is not 10% guaranteed to each Social Media Account Owner.
- Individual allocation is determined under the applicable calculation methodology using verified qualifying attributable contribution and applicable accounting adjustments.
- Applicable tax, withholding and statutory requirements may affect the amount ultimately paid.
- Registration does not guarantee acceptance, customers, orders, sales, income, profit share or any particular payment.
- Artificial, fabricated, manipulated, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited activity is subject to the official Fraud Prevention & Integrity Policy.

All required acknowledgements must be selected before registration.
Personal information submitted during registration and subsequent Program onboarding may be processed for applicable Program administration, verification, attribution and tracking, communications, fraud prevention, payment administration, tax/statutory compliance, security and other lawful purposes, subject to the applicable Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
Verify Program information through MyCloth.in and the official documents published by MyCloth India. Do not provide passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or other sensitive security information to unauthorised persons.
