1. ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
The MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE ("Challenge") is an independently organised performance-based customer-acquisition Challenge conducted by MyCloth India.
The Challenge is designed to evaluate a participant's ability to generate genuine, attributable and compliant sales for MyCloth India during the published Challenge period.
The principal final performance measure is the participant's number of Verified Eligible Sales achieved in Mains.
Participation is free. No application fee or registration fee is charged.
The Challenge is independently organised by MyCloth India and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or administered by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Government of India or any other government authority. Any use of terms such as "Prelims" or "Mains" is only a structural description of the Challenge stages.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By applying for, registering for, participating in, promoting, or otherwise taking part in the Challenge, a participant confirms that the participant has read, understood and agrees to these Master Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the other official Challenge policies and documents published on MyCloth.in.

7. STAGE 0 — APPLICATION & REGISTRATION
Stage 0 is the application and registration stage.
Participation is free.
A participant must successfully complete the official registration process and satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.
Upon successful registration, MyCloth India may assign an official Challenge Participant ID.
A participant may not transfer, sell, lend or assign the participant's Challenge account or Participant ID to another person.
8. STAGE 1 — PRELIMS
To qualify through Prelims, a participant must achieve a minimum of:
50 Verified Eligible Sales
A participant who reaches the required 50 Verified Eligible Sales qualifies for Prelims and automatically enters Mains immediately.
The participant does not have to wait for another participant to qualify.
Important Prelims Rule
Prelims sales are not included in the final Mains result or final Rank #1 calculation.
Prelims determines progression to Mains.
9. PRELIMS FAMILY AND FRIEND TRANSACTIONS
For Prelims qualification, a participant may generate qualifying orders from genuine family members or friends, provided the orders otherwise satisfy the applicable Verified Eligible Sale requirements.
Accordingly, a family or friend transaction is not automatically invalid solely because of the relationship during Prelims.
However, fraudulent, fictitious, manipulated, self-funded, cancelled, refunded, prohibited or otherwise ineligible transactions remain subject to exclusion under these Terms and the applicable Challenge policies.
10. STAGE 2 — MAINS
A participant who qualifies through Prelims automatically enters Mains.
To qualify/pass Mains, the participant must achieve a minimum of:
35 Verified Eligible Sales
Mains performance is included in the final ranking.
The participant with the highest final number of Verified Eligible Sales in Mains shall ordinarily rank #1, subject to the official Tie-Break Mechanism and final verification.
11. MAINS FAMILY, FRIEND AND RELATED TRANSACTIONS
A family or friend transaction is not automatically invalid merely because the customer knows the participant.
However, MyCloth India may exclude a transaction from Mains where verification reasonably establishes that the transaction was:
-
a self-purchase;
-
made through a prohibited related account;
-
funded or reimbursed by the participant;
-
artificially created to inflate Challenge performance;
-
coordinated primarily to manipulate Challenge statistics;
-
fraudulent or fictitious;
-
cancelled, returned, refunded or charged back;
-
generated through prohibited methods;
-
not attributable to the participant through the official tracking mechanism; or
-
otherwise contrary to these Terms or the official Challenge policies.
A genuine independent customer who happens to be a participant's friend is not automatically disqualified solely because of that friendship.
12. VERIFIED ELIGIBLE SALE
A Verified Eligible Sale (VES) is a transaction that satisfies all applicable Challenge requirements and remains eligible following MyCloth India's verification process.
A sale generally must satisfy all of the following:
-
a genuine order was placed;
-
payment was successfully received;
-
the transaction is attributable to the participant through the official tracking mechanism;
-
the customer is genuine;
-
the transaction is not fraudulent or manipulated;
-
the participant did not self-purchase or use a prohibited related account;
-
the transaction was not generated through prohibited methods;
-
the order has not been cancelled;
-
the applicable return/refund/chargeback verification requirements have been satisfied;
-
applicable minimum transaction requirements have been satisfied;
-
applicable advertising and promotional requirements have been satisfied; and
-
the transaction otherwise complies with the official Challenge rules.
An order being created or appearing in a participant dashboard does not by itself make the order a Verified Eligible Sale.
13. RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHARGEBACKS
A transaction that is cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back or otherwise becomes ineligible under the Challenge rules may be removed from the participant's Verified Eligible Sales count.
MyCloth India's customer return, replacement, refund and other consumer policies continue to apply to customers independently of the Challenge.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
For Challenge-ranking purposes, however, a transaction that does not remain a Verified Eligible Sale shall not be included in the participant's final verified Mains score.
14. SALES ATTRIBUTION
A sale shall count toward a participant only when it is attributable through the official Challenge tracking mechanism.
Participants must not manipulate attribution, tracking parameters, customer records, cookies, referral information, order data or other technical systems.
Manual claims of sales that are not supported by official records may be rejected.
MyCloth India's official order, payment, attribution and verification records shall generally control, subject to correction of demonstrable technical errors.
15. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Participants must not:
-
create fake or fictitious customers;
-
create duplicate accounts to manipulate results;
-
place self-orders to inflate performance;
-
reimburse or secretly fund customer purchases for the purpose of inflating results;
-
manipulate tracking or attribution;
-
use bots or automated fraudulent traffic;
-
use stolen payment methods or fraudulent payment information;
-
generate fake orders;
-
manipulate reviews or customer feedback;
-
make false product claims;
-
publish fake discounts or fake scarcity;
-
impersonate MyCloth India;
-
make unauthorized promises regarding MyCloth India;
-
engage in spam;
-
engage in unlawful advertising;
-
use misleading testimonials;
-
use deceptive sales practices;
-
violate applicable advertising or consumer-protection requirements; or
-
engage in any conduct intended to improperly increase Challenge performance.
16. PARTICIPANT ADVERTISING AND CONTENT
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all advertising, promotional content, social-media posts, videos, messages, websites, landing pages and other promotional material used in connection with the Challenge comply with the official MYCLOTH INDIA PARTICIPANT ADVERTISING & CONTENT POLICY.
Participants must not make representations about MyCloth India, its products, prices, discounts, delivery, returns, guarantees or the Challenge that are false, misleading, unsubstantiated or unauthorized.
Where disclosure of a material connection or promotional relationship is required by applicable law or guidance, the participant must make the required disclosure clearly and appropriately.
MyCloth India may reject or exclude sales associated with materially non-compliant promotional conduct.
17. FRAUD PREVENTION AND AUDIT
MyCloth India may conduct automated and manual verification, fraud detection, audit and compliance checks throughout and after the Challenge.
Verification may include review of:
-
orders;
-
payment status;
-
cancellations;
-
returns;
-
refunds;
-
chargebacks;
-
customer authenticity;
-
duplicate accounts;
-
related accounts;
-
attribution records;
-
IP/device/account indicators where lawfully available;
-
promotional content;
-
traffic patterns;
-
transaction patterns;
-
unusual activity;
-
customer history; and
-
other information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility.
Where a transaction or participant is found to violate the Challenge rules, MyCloth India may exclude the transaction, adjust the participant's score, disqualify the participant or take another action permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
18. FINAL SALES DATA FREEZE
All Challenge sales activity closes at:
01 November 2026 — 08:00 AM IST Sharp
After the deadline, no new sales may be added to the Challenge's final sales count.
MyCloth India will then begin final verification.
A transaction recorded before the deadline may still require post-deadline verification before it becomes a final Verified Eligible Sale.
19. FINAL MAINS QUALIFICATION COUNT
The final number of Mains-qualified participants is determined after the applicable verification process.
Therefore, the number displayed or indicated during the live Challenge may change if a participant or transaction is subsequently found to be ineligible before final qualification results are confirmed.
The final verified number of Mains-qualified participants announced by MyCloth India shall determine the applicable Prize Money Amount.
20. PRIZE MONEY
The maximum advertised Prize Money Amount is:
UP TO ₹15,00,000 ONLY
The actual Prize Money Amount depends solely on the final number of participants who successfully qualify/pass Mains after final verification.
The number of applications or registrations does not determine the Prize Money Amount.
The official Prize Amount & Calculation Formula published on MyCloth.in is incorporated into these Terms.
21. OFFICIAL PRIZE BRACKETS
| Final Mains-Qualified Participants | Applicable Base Prize |
|---|---|
| More than 150 | ₹15,00,000 |
| Exactly 150 | ₹15,00,000 |
| 125 | ₹12,00,000 |
| 100 | ₹10,00,000 |
| 75 | ₹7,50,000 |
| 50 | ₹4,00,000 |
| 25 | ₹2,00,000 |
| 10 | ₹1,00,000 |
| 5 | ₹40,000 |
| 4 | ₹16,000 |
| 3 | ₹14,000 |
| 2 | ₹12,000 |
| 1 | ₹10,000 |
22. ₹8,000 INTERPOLATION RULE
Where the final number of Mains-qualified participants falls between two published Prize Schedule levels, the applicable Prize Money shall be calculated from the lower applicable published bracket plus ₹8,000 for every additional Mains-qualified participant above that lower bracket.
Formula
Applicable Prize Money = Lower-Bracket Base Prize + (Additional Qualified Participants × ₹8,000)
Where:
Additional Qualified Participants = Final Mains-Qualified Participants − Lower-Bracket Participant Count
This rule applies to every applicable participant count between published levels.
Example — 24 Qualified Participants
24 falls between 10 and 25:
₹1,00,000 + (14 × ₹8,000)
= ₹1,00,000 + ₹1,12,000
Total Applicable Prize Money = ₹2,12,000
The ₹2,12,000 is the total Prize Money awarded to the ONE Rank #1 Winner.
It is not ₹2,12,000 per participant.
23. EXACT PUBLISHED BRACKET RULE
Where the final number of Mains-qualified participants exactly equals a published Prize Schedule level, the published amount for that level applies.
Examples:
-
10 participants → ₹1,00,000
-
25 participants → ₹2,00,000
-
50 participants → ₹4,00,000
-
75 participants → ₹7,50,000
-
100 participants → ₹10,00,000
-
125 participants → ₹12,00,000
-
150 participants → ₹15,00,000
For more than 150 qualified participants, the maximum applicable Prize Money remains ₹15,00,000.
24. ONE WINNER ONLY
There shall be:
ONLY ONE RANK #1 WINNER
The Prize Money is not divided among Mains-qualified participants.
There shall be no automatic joint winner, shared winner or multiple Rank #1 winners.
The participant with the highest final Verified Eligible Sales score in Mains shall be Rank #1, subject to final verification and the official Tie-Break Mechanism.
25. TIE-BREAK MECHANISM
If two or more participants have exactly the same highest final Mains Verified Eligible Sales score, MyCloth India shall apply the Official Tie-Break Mechanism published on MyCloth.in.
The tie-break sequence is:
-
Higher Aggregate Qualifying Transaction Value (AQTV);
-
Greater Distinct Genuine Customers (DGC);
-
Greater Verified New Customers (VNC);
-
Earlier achievement of the tied final Verified Eligible Sales score;
-
Lower Invalidated-Sale Ratio (ISR);
-
Earlier valid Challenge registration timestamp; and
-
Lower Official Challenge Participant ID as the final deterministic administrative criterion.
The mechanism is applied sequentially.
A tie shall never create multiple winners.
No random draw or discretionary winner selection is used under the published Tie-Break Mechanism.
26. FINAL RESULT
The official final Rank #1 Winner will be announced on:
08 November 2026 — 08:00 AM IST Sharp
The announcement is subject to completion of the applicable final ranking, verification and compliance process.
The 06 November 2026 announcement concerns Challenge statistics, final Mains qualification results and the applicable Prize Money Amount. It is not the Winner Announcement.
27. WINNER IDENTITY VERIFICATION
The Rank #1 Winner must complete mandatory identity verification following the Winner Announcement.
The Winner may be required to provide valid Government-issued identity documentation and other information reasonably necessary for identity, eligibility, tax, payment and compliance verification.
The Winner must complete the required verification within the period stated in the official Challenge schedule and Winner Verification rules.
Failure or refusal to complete mandatory verification within the applicable prescribed period may result in cancellation or forfeiture of the Prize, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
28. PRIZE PAYMENT
Following successful identity verification and completion of applicable tax, compliance and banking requirements, the applicable Prize Money shall be transferred to the verified Winner's eligible bank account.
The published Challenge schedule provides for Prize Money distribution within 30–45 working days after the Winner Announcement, subject to successful verification and applicable compliance, tax and banking formalities.
Applicable tax deduction or withholding shall be made where legally required.
The Winner remains responsible for any additional tax liability applicable to the Prize under law.
The tax treatment and withholding provisions applicable at the time of payment or credit shall govern.
29. PARTICIPANT RELATIONSHIP
Participation in the Challenge does not, by itself, create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, distributorship or employment relationship between MyCloth India/KRISHNA CREATOR VENTURE and a participant.
Nothing in these Terms authorises a participant to represent that the participant is an employee, authorised agent or legal representative of MyCloth India.
The actual conduct and applicable law shall govern any legal relationship where required.
30. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
MyCloth India and its licensors retain all applicable rights in its trademarks, logos, brand identity, website content, product images, designs, materials and other intellectual property.

MyCloth India may use internal customer/order information for legitimate Challenge verification purposes, including customer deduplication and identification of Verified New Customers, subject to applicable law.
Customer personal information shall not be publicly disclosed merely because it was used internally to calculate a Challenge result.
32. CUSTOMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection law.
The Challenge rules determine whether a transaction counts toward Challenge performance.
They do not by themselves determine or remove a customer's statutory consumer rights.

MyCloth India may complete verification after the sales deadline and before the final Winner is confirmed.
If a transaction is subsequently found to be invalid before the final result is confirmed, MyCloth India may remove the transaction and recalculate the applicable participant score and ranking.
If such recalculation changes the number of Mains-qualified participants, the applicable Prize Money Amount may also be recalculated in accordance with the official Prize Amount & Calculation Formula.
37. NO MANUAL OR RANDOM WINNER SELECTION
The final Winner shall be determined according to the published performance and Tie-Break rules.
MyCloth India shall not select the Winner merely because the participant is a friend, relative, employee, associate or preferred individual of MyCloth India.
The Challenge does not use a random draw to determine Rank #1.
38. CONFLICT BETWEEN CHALLENGE DOCUMENTS

Participants remain responsible for their own advertising, communications, transactions, taxes and conduct.
MyCloth India may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required.
