1. Ownership and Authority: You represent and warrant that you are the sole creator, owner, or authorized licensee of the User Content you upload. You guarantee that you possess all necessary intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, and rights of publicity required to reproduce, print, and commercialize the uploaded media on our garments.
2. Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from uploading any User Content that:
   • Infringes upon the copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights of any third party (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, cartoon characters, sports team emblems, and artistic illustrations).
   • Utilizes the likeness, name, or image of celebrities, public figures, musicians, actors, or athletes without their express, written legal consent.
   • Contains defamatory, obscene, unlawful, hateful, or explicit material.
3. Right of Refusal and Cancellation: MyCloth.in OR MyClothIndia.in partners with third-party automated manufacturing networks. We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, reject, and cancel any custom order containing User Content that we suspect violates copyright laws or our internal brand guidelines. If an order is canceled due to a copyright or policy violation, a standard processing refund will be issued minus any applicable administrative gateways fees.
4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyCloth.in OR MyClothIndia.in, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and our fulfillment provider from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any third-party claims of trademark or copyright infringement stemming from the custom garments printed based on your submission.
