2. Who Can Participate?

You may participate if you:

    1. Are 18 years of age or older.
    2. Are located in an eligible country: India, USA or UK.
    3. Make a qualifying purchase from MyCloth India during the Campaign Period.
    4. Meet all requirements of the Official Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Get an Entry

Participation is simple:

    1. India : A single qualifying transaction of ₹1,500 or more gives you 1 Entry.
    2. USA / UK : A single qualifying transaction of US$100 or more gives you 1 Entry.

Important: One Qualifying Transaction = One Entry

The transaction amount above the minimum does not create additional entries.

Example Entries
₹1,500 transaction 1 Entry
₹1,501 transaction 1 Entry
₹3,000 transaction 1 Entry
₹10,000 transaction 1 Entry
₹50,000 transaction 1 Entry

If you make separate qualifying transactions, each separate qualifying transaction may receive one separate Entry.

Example:
You make one qualifying transaction of ₹1,501 and later make another qualifying transaction of ₹4,500.

Total = 2 Entries.

4. Your Transaction Must Remain Valid

    1. An Entry is valid only when its associated transaction remains valid and eligible under the Official Terms & Conditions.
    2. What happens if the order is cancelled or refunded?
    3. If the associated transaction is:
      1. Cancelled
      2. Refunded
      3. Reversed
      4. Charged back
      5. Found to be fraudulent
      6. Associated with fraudulent payment activity Or otherwise becomes ineligible under the Official Terms & Conditions then the associated Entry is cancelled 100% and will not be included in the final eligible Entry Pool.
    4. A transaction must remain valid and satisfy all applicable Campaign conditions for its Entry to remain eligible.

This Campaign rule does not remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

5. One Common Entry Pool

  • Eligible participants from India, USA and UK will participate in one common Entry Pool, subject to the Official Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
  • Each valid Entry will be treated as one Entry for the random selection process.

6. One Winner

  • There will be only one Winner.
  • The Winner will be selected by a random selection process from the final eligible Entry Pool.
  • The purpose of the random selection is to provide an impartial and documented selection process.
  • The Founder of " MyCloth India "will not personally choose a Winner based on friendship, family relationship, personal preference or customer identity.

7. Reward

  • The selected and successfully verified Winner will receive the applicable Campaign Reward:
    1. Winner in India: ₹1,00,000
    2. Winner in USA or UK: US$1,000
  • The Reward is offered by MyCloth India as a Diwali appreciation and customer-reward initiative for eligible customers who shop with MyCloth India.
  • Any applicable taxes, statutory deductions, reporting or compliance requirements will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. Winner Verification

  • After random selection, the selected participant must successfully complete the required Winner Verification.
  • Verification may include confirmation of:
    1. Identity
    2. Age
    3. Eligible country
    4. Qualifying transaction
    5. Payment status
    6. Order validity
    7. Entry validity
    8. Refund / cancellation / chargeback status
    9. Fraud or manipulation checks
    10. Any other information reasonably required under the Official Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

9. 30-Day Winner Verification Period

The selected Winner must identify, respond to the official communication and complete the required verification and claim process within 30 calendar days from the official Winner Announcement.

If the selected participant:

    1. Does not respond,
    2. Cannot be verified,
    3. Fails the eligibility requirements,
    4. Has an invalid Entry,
    5. Or otherwise fails the requirements of the Official Terms & Conditions,

the Reward may be cancelled, subject to applicable law and the Official Terms & Conditions.

10. Fraud and Misuse

MyCloth India may cancel Entries or disqualify participants involved in:

    1. Fake or duplicate accounts
    2. Fraudulent orders
    3. Fraudulent payment activity
    4. Bots or automated manipulation
    5. Multiple-account abuse
    6. False information
    7. Manipulation of the Campaign
    8. Any other activity prohibited by the Official Terms & Conditions.

11. Official Winner Announcement

    • The Winner will be announced through the official MyCloth India communication channels, including the official website and/or official social-media channels, subject to applicable privacy and legal requirements.
    • Participants should rely only on official MyCloth India communications.
    • MyCloth India will never ask a participant to pay a fee to claim the Campaign Reward.
