1.1 MYCLOTH INDIA DIWALI CELEBRATION REWARD 2026 (“Campaign”) is a customer-acquisition and customer-reward promotional campaign conducted by MyCloth India, operated by KRISHNA CREATOR VENTURE (“MyCloth India”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1.2 The Campaign is conducted during the Campaign Period stated above and is subject to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1.3 The Campaign is intended to provide an opportunity for eligible customers of MyCloth India to receive the Campaign Reward in accordance with these Terms.

1.4 The Campaign does not constitute employment, distributorship, affiliate marketing, agency, partnership or any other business relationship between a participant and MyCloth India.

1.5 The Campaign shall be administered in accordance with applicable law. Where a mandatory legal requirement applies, that requirement will prevail over any inconsistent promotional wording.

2. OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN IDENTITY

The official name is:MYCLOTH INDIA DIWALI CELEBRATION REWARD 2026

Official tagline:“Celebrate Diwali. Shop with MyCloth India.”

Participants should rely only on information published through the official MyCloth India website and verified official MyCloth India social-media accounts, handles or channels.

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

3.1 The Campaign begins at 00:00:00 IST on 1 September 2026 and ends at 23:59:59 IST on 5 November 2026, unless the Campaign is lawfully modified, suspended or terminated earlier.

3.2 Only qualifying transactions completed within the Campaign Period and recorded as successfully paid in the Company's systems are eligible for consideration.

3.3 The Company's server/order/payment records will be used to determine the relevant transaction date and time, subject to correction of demonstrable technical errors.

4. WHO MAY PARTICIPATE

4.1 Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older on the date of the relevant qualifying transaction.

4.2 Participants must have legal capacity to enter into the relevant transaction and participate in the Campaign.

4.3 Participants must provide accurate, current and truthful information.

4.4 MyCloth India may exclude participation where participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4.5 Employees, directors, officers and persons directly involved in designing, administering, auditing or operating the Campaign, and their immediate family members where appropriate, may be excluded to protect the integrity of the Campaign.

4.6 MyCloth India may establish additional reasonable conflict-of-interest exclusions where required for fair administration.

5. INDIA AND INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

5.1 Eligible customers in India and eligible customers outside India are intended to participate in one common Campaign entry pool, subject to applicable law.

5.2 There is one Campaign winner.

5.3 International participation is subject to the laws of the participant's jurisdiction and any country restrictions published by MyCloth India.

5.4 MyCloth India may prohibit participation from a particular country, territory or jurisdiction where participation, promotion, selection or reward distribution is legally restricted, prohibited, impracticable or creates material regulatory risk.

5.5 A person must not participate where doing so would violate the law applicable to that person.

6. QUALIFYING PURCHASE — INDIA

6.1 For an eligible customer purchasing in India, a single completed transaction of ₹1,500 or more qualifies for one Campaign entry.

6.2 The Campaign does not provide additional entries merely because the value of an individual qualifying transaction is higher than ₹1,500.

Examples:

Single Transaction Campaign Entries
₹1,499 0
₹1,500 1
₹1,501 1
₹3,000 1
₹4,500 1
₹10,000 1
₹50,000 1

6.3 Therefore, a ₹10,000 individual transaction generates one entry only.

7. QUALIFYING PURCHASE — INTERNATIONAL

7.1 For an eligible customer outside India, a single completed transaction of US$100 or more qualifies for one Campaign entry.

7.2 The Campaign does not provide additional entries merely because the value of an individual qualifying transaction is higher than US$100.

Examples:

Single Transaction Campaign Entries
US$99 0
US$100 1
US$101 1
US$200 1
US$500 1

8. SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS

8.1 Each separate completed qualifying transaction may generate one separate Campaign entry.

8.2 Example:

Customer A completes a qualifying ₹1,501 transaction.

Entry generated: 1.

Five minutes later, Customer A completes a separate qualifying ₹4,500 transaction.

Additional entry generated: 1.

Customer A therefore has 2 Campaign entries.

8.3 The value of either individual transaction does not increase the number of entries beyond one.

8.4 Participants must not artificially split, manipulate or structure transactions for the purpose of circumventing Campaign rules, fraud controls or applicable law.

9. PAYMENT AND ENTRY CONFIRMATION

9.1 A Campaign entry is created only after the relevant order is successfully recorded and the required payment has been successfully completed.

9.2 A pending, failed, reversed, fraudulent, unauthorized or otherwise invalid payment does not create a valid entry.

9.3 Each valid entry may be associated with:

  • customer/account identifier;

  • order ID;

  • transaction amount;

  • transaction currency;

  • payment status;

  • transaction timestamp;

  • Campaign entry ID; and

  • other information reasonably necessary for administration and audit.

9.4 MyCloth India may use automated systems to create, validate and audit entries.

10. ORDERS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

10.1 For Campaign administration, a participant cannot voluntarily cancel or return a qualifying purchase merely to manipulate Campaign entries.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any mandatory statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

10.3 If a qualifying transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent or otherwise becomes invalid, the associated Campaign entry may be cancelled.

10.4 Where only part of an order is refunded, MyCloth India may determine whether the transaction remains qualifying according to the applicable Campaign rules and applicable consumer law.

10.5 MyCloth India's decision will be based on documented transaction, payment and order records and applicable law.

11. FRAUD, ABUSE AND MANIPULATION

11.1 MyCloth India may investigate suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation or circumvention of Campaign rules.

11.2 Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

a. fake accounts;

b. duplicate accounts created to obtain an unfair advantage;

c. false identity information;

d. fraudulent payment methods;

e. stolen or unauthorized payment instruments;

f. manipulated orders;

g. fraudulent transactions;

h. chargebacks or payment reversals used improperly;

i. refund abuse;

j. bots or automated systems designed to manipulate Campaign participation;

k. exploitation of technical vulnerabilities;

l. account sharing or identity manipulation;

m. collusion;

n. submission of false verification documents; or

o. any other dishonest conduct intended to obtain an unfair Campaign advantage.

11.3 A participant found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may:

  • have affected entries cancelled;

  • be disqualified;

  • have the account restricted or banned from the Campaign;

  • be denied the Reward; and

  • where appropriate, be referred to the relevant authority or payment provider.

11.4 MyCloth India may retain appropriate evidence supporting a fraud or abuse determination.

12. ENTRY POOL CLOSURE

12.1 After the Campaign closes, MyCloth India will prepare the final eligible Campaign entry pool.

12.2 The Company may conduct eligibility, payment, fraud and transaction checks before finalizing the pool.

12.3 Entries associated with invalid, fraudulent, reversed, refunded, cancelled or otherwise disqualified transactions may be removed before winner selection.

12.4 The final eligible entry pool will be frozen before the winner-selection process.

13. ONE WINNER

13.1 The Campaign will have one winner.

13.2 The winner will be selected from the final eligible Campaign entry pool using the documented selection procedure adopted by MyCloth India and subject to applicable law.

13.3 The selection process will be designed to be fair, transparent, auditable and resistant to manipulation.

13.4 MyCloth India will maintain an appropriate internal record of:

  • the final eligible entry pool;

  • the selection date and time;

  • the selection methodology;

  • the selected entry;

  • relevant system/audit records; and

  • winner-verification records.

13.5 No employee or individual may personally choose a preferred customer as the winner outside the documented selection procedure.

14. CAMPAIGN REWARD

14.1 The Campaign Reward is:

₹1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh) for an eligible winner receiving the India-denominated Reward; or

US$1,000 (United States Dollars One Thousand) for an eligible international winner where the international Reward structure is legally permitted and applicable.

14.2 Because there is one common global entry pool, the final applicable Reward currency will be determined according to the verified winner's qualifying jurisdiction/residence and the Campaign's final legally approved Reward policy.

14.3 The Reward is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable except where required or permitted by applicable law.

14.4 MyCloth India will not substitute cash or another reward except where required by law, necessary for lawful payment, or expressly permitted under the final Campaign rules.

15. TAXES AND STATUTORY DEDUCTIONS

15.1 The Reward may be subject to income-tax, withholding, reporting or other statutory requirements.

15.2 MyCloth India will make deductions or withholdings where legally required.

15.3 The winner must provide information and documents reasonably necessary for lawful tax reporting, withholding and payment.

15.4 The advertised Reward amount should not be interpreted as a representation that the winner will necessarily receive that amount net of all legally applicable taxes or deductions.

15.5 Tax treatment will be determined according to the law applicable at the time of Reward payment.

Current official Income-tax material provides a 30% TDS rate for income covered by section 194B, including winnings from lotteries and certain games, which is one reason the exact legal classification of this Campaign must be professionally confirmed before launch.

16. WINNER IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

16.1 The selected winner must complete the Company's verification process.

16.2 Verification may include:

  • proof of age;

  • government-issued identification;

  • name and date of birth;

  • order ID;

  • transaction information;

  • payment confirmation;

  • registered account information;

  • address information where legally necessary;

  • tax information;

  • bank/payment information; and

  • fraud and eligibility checks.

16.3 MyCloth India will request only information reasonably necessary for lawful verification, payment, fraud prevention and compliance.

16.4 The winner must provide authentic and truthful information.

16.5 Submission of false, forged, altered or misleading documents may result in disqualification and may be referred to the appropriate authority where appropriate.

17. THIRTY-DAY WINNER VERIFICATION PERIOD

17.1 The winner has 30 calendar days from 8 November 2026, being the scheduled official announcement date, to complete the required identification, verification and claim procedure.

17.2 The applicable deadline will therefore ordinarily be 8 December 2026, subject to the actual date/time of the official announcement and applicable law.

17.3 If the winner fails to complete the required process within the applicable 30-day period, the Reward may be treated as unclaimed.

17.4 A winner may also be disqualified before expiry of the 30-day period if the winner is found to be ineligible, fraudulent or otherwise disqualified.

17.5 Following expiry of the 30-day period, an unclaimed Reward may be permanently cancelled and will not be provided later, subject to any mandatory requirement of applicable law.

17.6 MyCloth India will not be required to keep an unclaimed Reward available indefinitely.

18. REWARD DISTRIBUTION

18.1 Subject to successful verification and completion of all legal, tax, payment and compliance requirements, MyCloth India intends to distribute the Reward within 30 working days after completion of winner identification and verification.

18.2 The 30-working-day period does not begin merely because a winner has been announced. It begins after the required identification and verification process has been successfully completed.

18.3 Payment may be delayed where required by:

  • tax withholding;

  • banking requirements;

  • payment-provider requirements;

  • identity verification;

  • international payment compliance;

  • regulatory requirements; or

  • circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

19.3 MyCloth India will take reasonable measures to protect the winner's personal information.

22.3 Participants should report suspected fraudulent communications to MyCloth India through the official contact details published on MyCloth.in.

23. CAMPAIGN MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
