MYCLOTH – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MYCLOTH, a brand operated by KRISHNA CREATOR VENTURE. We are committed to providing premium-quality apparel and a transparent return and refund experience.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 (Seven) calendar days from the date the product is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • Be accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Products that do not satisfy these conditions may not qualify for return or refund.

1A. Proof of Delivery

The delivery date recorded by MYCLOTH's logistics partner shall be treated as the official delivery date for calculating the 7-day return period.


2. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval from MYCLOTH may be refused.

2A. Return Approval

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved. MYCLOTH will review each request and communicate its decision via the registered email address.


3. Return Address

Approved returns must be shipped only to the address provided by MYCLOTH after the return request is reviewed.

3A. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers should not ship products until the return request has been approved by MYCLOTH. Return instructions will be provided after approval.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • An incomplete order

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Contact.MyCloth@gmail.com.

Where possible, include photographs of the product and packaging. If we confirm that the issue was due to MYCLOTH or our fulfillment process, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

4A. Product Inspection

Every returned product will be inspected after it is received by MYCLOTH. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be processed only after successful inspection confirms that the return satisfies this policy.


5. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will generally not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance, final-sale, or non-returnable promotional items (if clearly marked as such at the time of purchase).

5A – Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products will generally not be eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.

  • Products with missing original tags or packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

  • Returns requested after the applicable return period.

Section 5B – Hygiene and Product Condition

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, MYCLOTH may decline returns of products that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, carry perfume or deodorant odours, contain pet hair, or otherwise show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product after delivery.


6. Exchanges

Where exchange services are offered, requests are subject to product availability and our exchange process. If an exchange cannot be completed, an eligible refund or alternative resolution may be offered.

Exchange requests, where offered, are subject to product availability, inventory levels, and operational feasibility.

MYCLOTH does not guarantee that the same size, colour, design, or product will remain available at the time an exchange request is processed.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Contact.MyCloth@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers may instead use the return process if the product is eligible under this policy.

Section 7A – Cancellation by MYCLOTH

MYCLOTH reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including situations such as:

  • Product becoming unavailable.

  • Pricing or technical errors.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment verification failure.

  • Legal or regulatory restrictions.

  • Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If payment has already been received for such an order, an appropriate refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.


8. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, MYCLOTH will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refund initiation may take 03 to 30 business days, depending on operational review and processing requirements. After initiation, the time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet provider, or other payment service.

8A – Refund Method

Refunds will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If refunding through the original payment method is not reasonably possible, MYCLOTH may offer an alternative refund method in accordance with applicable law.

Section 8B – Partial Refunds

Where permitted by applicable law and clearly justified, MYCLOTH may issue a partial refund in circumstances such as:

  • Approved returns where part of an order is retained by the customer.

  • Products returned with missing accessories or components originally supplied by MYCLOTH.

  • Other situations where a partial refund is appropriate and communicated to the customer.


9. Refund Amount

If the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or due to an error attributable to MYCLOTH, the customer will receive the applicable refund in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

If a return is accepted for other eligible reasons under this policy, any applicable deductions (such as shipping or other disclosed charges, where permitted) will be communicated before the refund is processed.

MYCLOTH will arrange or reimburse return shipping only when the delivered product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item attributable to MYCLOTH. For all other eligible returns, if accepted under this policy, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Section 9A – Promotional Benefits

Where a refund is approved for an order that qualified for promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or bundled pricing, MYCLOTH may recalculate the order value in accordance with the applicable promotion terms before processing the refund, where such recalculation was disclosed as part of the promotion.


10. Fraud Prevention

MYCLOTH reserves the right to reject return or refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Misuse of the return process.

  • Repeated abusive return behaviour.

  • False, fraudulent, or misleading claims.

  • Returns that do not satisfy this policy.

Such decisions will be made after reviewing the available information.

10A – Fraudulent Activity

MYCLOTH reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions, abusive return patterns, chargeback abuse, or other misuse of its services. Appropriate action may be taken where permitted by applicable law.

MYCLOTH may request additional information reasonably necessary to review a return or refund request, including photographs, order details, or other supporting information relevant to the claim.

13. Jurisdiction

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where required by applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

Neither MYCLOTH nor the customer shall be responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Return & Refund Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
