3. Shipping Coverage
MYCLOTH currently delivers to serviceable locations within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future. If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations may apply and will be communicated at checkout or otherwise before purchase where applicable.
Section 3A – Serviceable Locations
Orders can be delivered only to locations that are serviceable by MYCLOTH's logistics partners. If a delivery address is found to be outside the serviceable area after the order is placed, MYCLOTH may cancel the order and process a refund in accordance with its Refund Policy.

MYCLOTH accepts orders from eligible international destinations.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, contact number, and other delivery information are accurate and complete.
MYCLOTH is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including name, address, postal code, mobile number, and email address.
MYCLOTH is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
Section 6B – Delivery Confirmation
Delivery shall be considered completed when the shipment is marked as delivered by the logistics partner at the shipping address provided by the customer.
The logistics partner's delivery records may be used to verify successful delivery where appropriate.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as an incorrect address, repeated absence, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to the courier), the order may be returned to MYCLOTH.
Additional shipping charges may apply if re-dispatch is requested.
Section 7A – Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or fails to accept delivery after reasonable courier attempts, the shipment may be returned to MYCLOTH. Any subsequent re-dispatch or refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable policies.
8. Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect the package upon delivery.
