1. PURPOSE OF THIS PAGE
This page defines what constitutes a Verified Eligible Sale (VES) for the MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE 2026.
The purpose is to provide participants and the public with one clear reference for understanding when a sale may be counted as an eligible Challenge sale.
This page is intentionally limited to the definition, eligibility and verification status of a Verified Eligible Sale.
It does not replace or repeat the:

Master Date Schedule;

Those official documents continue to govern their respective subjects.
2. OFFICIAL DEFINITION
A Verified Eligible Sale (VES) means a transaction that:
satisfies all applicable MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE requirements and remains eligible following MyCloth India's applicable verification process.
A transaction is therefore not automatically a VES merely because an order was placed, payment was attempted, or the transaction appears in a participant's dashboard.
A sale becomes part of the participant's verified Challenge performance only when it satisfies the applicable requirements and remains eligible after verification.
3. CORE REQUIREMENTS OF A VERIFIED ELIGIBLE SALE
Subject to the applicable Challenge rules, a sale must generally satisfy all of the following requirements:
3.1 Genuine Order
A genuine order for MyCloth India merchandise must have been placed by a genuine customer.
The transaction must represent a real commercial purchase and not an artificial transaction created primarily to increase Challenge performance.
3.2 Successful Payment
The applicable payment must have been successfully received by MyCloth India.
An unpaid, failed, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise non-valid payment does not constitute a VES.
3.3 Official Attribution
The sale must be attributable to the participant through the official Challenge tracking and attribution mechanism.
A participant's personal claim, screenshot, message, spreadsheet or other self-reported evidence does not by itself establish attribution.
3.4 Genuine Customer
The purchaser must be a genuine customer.
Artificial, fictitious, fabricated or otherwise non-genuine customer identities do not qualify.
3.5 No Fraud or Manipulation
The transaction must not involve fraud, deception, artificial inflation, manipulation or other prohibited conduct.
3.6 No Prohibited Self-Purchase
The participant must not use a purchase arrangement that constitutes a prohibited self-purchase or otherwise disguises the participant as an independent customer.
3.7 No Prohibited Related Account
The transaction must not use a prohibited related account or account arrangement intended to bypass Challenge requirements, disguise a self-purchase, manipulate customer counts or improperly increase performance.
3.8 No Prohibited Method
The sale must not have been generated through a promotional, advertising, technical, traffic or other method prohibited by the official Challenge rules.
3.9 Order Must Remain Eligible
The order must not have been cancelled or otherwise become ineligible under the applicable Challenge rules.
3.10 Return, Refund and Chargeback Verification
The applicable return, refund and chargeback verification requirements must be satisfied.
A transaction that subsequently becomes ineligible because of a return, refund, chargeback or other applicable event may be removed from the participant's VES count.
This Challenge rule does not remove or restrict any mandatory customer rights under applicable law.
3.11 Applicable Transaction Requirements
Any applicable minimum transaction-value, quantity or other qualifying transaction requirement must be satisfied.
The specific requirements are governed by the official Challenge Terms & Conditions and applicable Challenge documents.
3.12 Advertising and Promotional Compliance
The sale must have been generated through promotional activity that complies with the official Participant Advertising & Content Policy and other applicable Challenge rules.
False, misleading, deceptive or prohibited promotional conduct may result in the associated sale being excluded.
3.13 Overall Challenge Compliance
The transaction must otherwise comply with the official MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE framework and applicable law.
4. AN ORDER IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY A VERIFIED ELIGIBLE SALE
The following does not, by itself, establish that a transaction is a VES:
-
an order number being generated;
-
an order appearing in a participant dashboard;
-
a tracking click;
-
a referral click;
-
an attribution record that has not completed verification;
-
a payment attempt;
-
a screenshot supplied by a participant;
-
a participant's personal sales report;
-
an order that is subsequently cancelled, returned, refunded or charged back; or
-
any transaction that later fails an applicable eligibility or verification requirement.
Recorded Sale ≠ Automatically Verified Eligible Sale.
The final VES status is determined through the applicable MyCloth India verification process.
5. PRELIMS AND MAINS
Verified Eligible Sales may be relevant at different stages of the Challenge.
Prelims
VES is used to determine whether the participant satisfies the published Prelims qualification requirement.
Prelims performance is used for progression into Mains and is not included in the final Mains performance score.
Mains
VES is used to determine the participant's final Mains performance.
The final Mains VES count is the principal performance measure used for determining Rank #1, subject to the official Tie-Break Mechanism and final verification.
The applicable qualification thresholds and stage rules are governed by the official Master Terms & Conditions and Master Date Schedule.
6. FAMILY AND FRIEND TRANSACTIONS
A customer being a participant's friend or family member does not automatically make a transaction invalid.
However, the transaction must independently satisfy all applicable VES requirements.
In particular, MyCloth India may exclude a transaction where verification establishes circumstances such as:
-
self-purchase;
-
participant funding or reimbursement;
-
prohibited related-account use;
-
artificial creation of the transaction;
-
coordinated manipulation;
-
fictitious or fraudulent activity;
-
cancellation, return, refund or chargeback;
-
prohibited promotional methods;
-
failure of official attribution; or
-
other non-compliance with the Challenge rules.
The specific distinction between Prelims and Mains family/friend transactions is governed by the official Terms & Conditions and Fraud Prevention & Disqualification Rules.
7. SALES ATTRIBUTION
A sale counts toward a participant only when the sale is attributable through the official Challenge tracking mechanism.
Participants must not manipulate:
Where a participant manually reports a sale that cannot be supported by the applicable official records, MyCloth India may reject the claim.
Official order, payment, attribution and verification records generally control, subject to correction of demonstrable technical errors.
8. VERIFICATION MAY OCCUR AFTER THE SALE
VES status may be determined progressively and may require verification after an order is initially recorded.
MyCloth India may conduct appropriate automated or manual checks relating to matters such as:
The detailed fraud and investigation framework is governed by the official Fraud Prevention & Disqualification Rules.
9. A SALE MAY LOSE VES STATUS
A transaction that initially appears eligible may later be determined to be non-qualifying.
If a transaction fails an applicable requirement, MyCloth India may remove that transaction from the participant's relevant verified sales count.
Depending on the applicable circumstances, removal of a sale may affect:
-
Prelims qualification;
-
Mains qualification;
-
final Mains Verified Eligible Sales;
-
ranking;
-
tie-break calculations; or
-
other Challenge calculations that depend on the transaction.
The applicable consequences are governed by the official Challenge documents.
10. FINAL SALES DEADLINE
All Challenge sales activity closes at:
01 November 2026 — 08:00 AM IST Sharp
No new sales may be added to the Challenge's final sales count after the published deadline.
However, a transaction recorded before the deadline may still require verification after the deadline before it becomes or remains a final Verified Eligible Sale.
The official Master Date Schedule governs the Challenge deadlines and verification period.
11. OFFICIAL RECORDS CONTROL FINAL VERIFICATION
For purposes of final Challenge administration, MyCloth India may rely on its officially maintained order, payment, attribution, customer and verification records, together with other reasonably necessary records permitted by applicable law and the official Challenge rules.
Where a demonstrable technical error is established, MyCloth India may correct the relevant record in accordance with the official Challenge framework.
No participant is entitled to treat an unverified dashboard number as a guaranteed final score.
12. VES AND FINAL RANKING
The final Mains Verified Eligible Sales count is the principal performance measure for determining Rank #1.
If two or more participants have the same highest final Mains VES count, the separately published Official Tie-Break Mechanism applies in its stated order.
That mechanism determines the single Rank #1 Winner objectively.
There is:
ONE RANK #1 WINNER ONLY.
The VES definition does not itself determine the Prize Amount. The applicable Prize Amount is determined separately under the official Prize Amount & Calculation Formula based on the final number of Mains-qualified participants.
13. VES DOES NOT GUARANTEE PRIZE PAYMENT
A participant's VES count does not by itself create an unconditional right to Prize Money.
Qualification, ranking, Winner status, final verification, identity verification, tax/withholding and statutory compliance are governed by the applicable official Challenge documents.
The Winner Identity Verification & Prize Payment Rules and Tax / Withholding & Statutory-Compliance Rules apply to the post-result process.
14. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER OFFICIAL CHALLENGE DOCUMENTS
This VES Definition should be read together with the official MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE documents published on MyCloth.in.
In particular:
-
Master Terms & Conditions — principal Challenge framework;
-
Master Date Schedule — official dates and deadlines;
-

Where applicable, the specific official document governing a subject should be read together with the Master Terms & Conditions.
Applicable law prevails.
15. OFFICIAL PRINCIPLE
The MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE rewards genuine, attributable, eligible and verified performance.
Accordingly:
A sale counts only when it satisfies the applicable Challenge requirements and remains eligible after verification.
A dashboard number, order record or participant-reported sale is not necessarily a final Verified Eligible Sale.
The objective of this definition is to ensure that Challenge performance is measured using genuine and verifiable transactions rather than artificial, manipulated or otherwise ineligible activity.
