Who Can Become Rank #1?
Only participants who successfully achieve at least 35 final Verified Eligible Sales in Mains can enter the final Rank #1 determination. A participant with fewer than 35 final VES cannot become Rank #1, even if that participant has the highest score among non-qualified participants.
If no participant reaches the minimum 35 final Verified Eligible Sales, there will be no Mains-qualified participant, no Rank #1 Winner and no Prize Money distribution.
The ₹10,000 amount applicable to exactly one Mains-qualified participant does not apply where zero participants qualify Mains.
If the Highest Score Is Tied
The published Tie-Break Mechanism is applied sequentially to determine one Rank #1 Winner. A tie does not create multiple winners or a shared winner.

Winner Verification & Prize Payment
The official Winner must successfully complete the applicable identity, eligibility, compliance, tax and payment verification process.
The published rules provide for Winner identity verification and Prize Money payment within 30–45 Working Days after the Winner Announcement, subject to successful verification and applicable compliance and tax formalities.
The published Prize Amount is subject to applicable tax, withholding and statutory requirements. The actual amount received by the Winner may be lower than the published gross Prize Amount where lawful deductions or withholding apply.
The Winner is responsible for any additional tax liability applicable to the Winner's circumstances.

MyCloth India will never ask a participant to pay a registration fee, Prize Release Fee, Winner Processing Fee or money to unlock or claim Prize Money.
