MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE : TIE-BREAK MECHANISM

MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE

FINAL OBJECTIVE TIE-BREAK MECHANISM

ONE RANK #1 WINNER — FINAL RULE

The MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE shall have ONLY ONE Rank #1 Winner.

The participant with the highest final number of Verified Eligible Sales in Mains, after completion of the applicable verification process, shall be ranked first.

If two or more participants have exactly the same highest final Mains Verified Eligible Sales count, MyCloth India shall apply the following pre-published, objective and sequential Tie-Break Mechanism.

The Tie-Break Mechanism shall be applied in the exact order stated below.

A tie shall never result in two or more winners, shared winners or joint winners.

1. TIE-BREAKER 1 — AGGREGATE QUALIFYING TRANSACTION VALUE

If two or more participants have the same final number of Verified Eligible Sales, the participant with the higher Aggregate Qualifying Transaction Value shall rank higher.

Formula

For each participant:

AQTV = Σ NQV₁ + NQV₂ + NQV₃ + ... + NQVₙ

Where:

AQTV = Aggregate Qualifying Transaction Value

NQV = Net Qualifying Value of each Verified Eligible Sale

For each eligible order:

NQV = Eligible Merchandise Amount − Participant-Attributed Discount − Refund/Credit Amount

Only the portion of the transaction that remains a valid Verified Eligible Sale shall be included.

Excluded from NQV

The following shall not increase AQTV:

  • GST or other separately identified taxes;

  • shipping charges;

  • delivery charges;

  • payment-gateway charges;

  • cancelled amounts;

  • refunded amounts;

  • returned-product amounts;

  • chargebacks;

  • store credits subsequently reversed;

  • fraudulent transactions;

  • prohibited transactions;

  • transactions that fail the Challenge's eligibility requirements.

If an order contains multiple products, only eligible products satisfying the published Challenge requirements shall be included.

Example

Participant A:

100 Verified Eligible Sales
Aggregate Qualifying Transaction Value = ₹5,25,000

Participant B:

100 Verified Eligible Sales
Aggregate Qualifying Transaction Value = ₹5,10,000

Participant A ranks higher.

2. TIE-BREAKER 2 — DISTINCT GENUINE ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS

If the tie remains after Tie-Breaker 1, the participant with the greater number of Distinct Genuine Eligible Customers shall rank higher.

A customer shall be counted only once, regardless of how many eligible orders that customer places.

Formula

DGC = Count of unique Customer IDs associated with at least one Verified Eligible Sale

Where:

DGC = Distinct Genuine Customer Count.

A Customer ID shall be determined from MyCloth India's verified internal customer/order records.

Multiple orders from the same genuine customer shall count as:

1 customer, not multiple customers.

Example

Participant A:

100 Verified Eligible Sales
95 distinct genuine customers

Participant B:

100 Verified Eligible Sales
88 distinct genuine customers

Participant A ranks higher.

3. TIE-BREAKER 3 — VERIFIED NEW CUSTOMERS

If the tie remains, the participant with the greater number of Verified New Customers shall rank higher.

Definition of New Customer

A New Customer means a genuine customer who, before the qualifying transaction attributed to the participant:

  1. had not previously completed a qualifying purchase from MyCloth India; and

  2. had no previously completed order recorded in MyCloth India's official customer/order records; and

  3. is not a duplicate, fraudulent, artificial or prohibited customer account.

Formula

VNC = Count of unique Customer IDs whose first completed eligible MyCloth India purchase is a Verified Eligible Sale attributable to the participant

Where:

VNC = Verified New Customer Count.

A customer who previously completed a genuine MyCloth India purchase before the Challenge attribution date shall not be counted as a New Customer.

Important

A participant cannot create a “New Customer” merely by creating another account, changing an email address, changing a phone number, using another device, or otherwise attempting to circumvent MyCloth India's customer records.

4. TIE-BREAKER 4 — EARLIER ACHIEVEMENT OF THE TIED FINAL SCORE

If the tie remains, the participant who first reached the tied final Verified Eligible Sales count shall rank higher.

Official Timestamp Rule

The official timestamp shall be the timestamp recorded by MyCloth India's server-side order/tracking system for the transaction that caused the participant to reach the tied score.

Participant screenshots, social-media post timestamps, messages, manually supplied records or participant claims shall not determine this Tie-Breaker.

Example

Both participants finish with:

120 Verified Eligible Sales

Participant A reached 120 at:

25 October 2026 — 14:32:18 IST

Participant B reached 120 at:

25 October 2026 — 17:44:51 IST

Participant A ranks higher.

If an order subsequently becomes invalid, the system shall recalculate the participant's final score and the applicable achievement timestamp based on the remaining Verified Eligible Sales.

5. TIE-BREAKER 5 — INVALIDATED-SALE RATIO

If the tie remains, the participant with the lower Invalidated-Sale Ratio shall rank higher.

Formula

ISR = (IS ÷ TAS) × 100

Where:

ISR = Invalidated-Sale Ratio

IS = Number of sales attributable to the participant that were subsequently determined to be invalid, cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, prohibited, manipulated or otherwise disqualified under the published Challenge Rules.

TAS = Total number of attributable sales recorded for the participant during the applicable Challenge period before final verification.

Example

Participant A:

TAS = 150
IS = 3

ISR = (3 ÷ 150) × 100
ISR = 2%

Participant B:

TAS = 150
IS = 9

ISR = (9 ÷ 150) × 100
ISR = 6%

Participant A ranks higher.

Zero-Sale Protection

If TAS = 0, ISR shall not be calculated. However, a participant cannot qualify for Mains without satisfying the published Mains qualification requirement.

6. TIE-BREAKER 6 — OBJECTIVE COMPLIANCE RECORD

If the tie remains, MyCloth India shall compare the participants' Objective Compliance Score.

This shall not be based on personal opinion, popularity, follower count, social-media engagement, appearance, reputation or subjective assessment.

Only documented and confirmed violations of the published MYCLOTH INDIA PARTICIPANT ADVERTISING & CONTENT POLICY or Challenge Rules shall be considered.

Compliance Score

Every Mains participant shall begin with:

100 Compliance Points

Confirmed violations shall result in the following predetermined deductions:

Violation Category Compliance Point Deduction
False or materially misleading product claim -20
False price/discount claim -20
Fake scarcity or misleading urgency claim -15
Fake testimonial/review or fabricated customer statement -20
Impersonation of MyCloth India or another person/entity -30
Unauthorised use of protected MyCloth India branding/IP after written notice -20
Spam or prohibited mass solicitation -10
Bot/fake engagement/manipulated traffic -25
Artificial/fraudulent sales generation -30
Manipulation or attempted manipulation of Challenge tracking -30
Prohibited advertising method -20
Other expressly prohibited conduct listed in the published Policy -10

Formula

OCS = 100 − Σ Confirmed Penalty Points

Where:

OCS = Objective Compliance Score.

The minimum score shall be:

0 points

The score shall never be below 0.

Important

A single underlying incident shall not be penalised multiple times under several categories unless the published Policy expressly permits separate penalties for separate violations arising from the same conduct.

A violation must be documented and confirmed according to the Challenge's published verification procedure before a compliance deduction is applied.

The participant with the higher Objective Compliance Score shall rank higher.

7. TIE-BREAKER 7 — EARLIER COMPLETION OF FINAL VERIFICATION

If the participants remain tied after all preceding criteria, the participant who first successfully completes all mandatory final verification requirements shall rank higher.

The official timestamp shall be the timestamp recorded in MyCloth India's verification system.

The verification must be:

  • complete;

  • valid;

  • successfully reviewed;

  • supported by the required information/documents; and

  • accepted as complete by the official verification system.

Submission of incomplete information shall not establish priority.

8. FINAL TIE-RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

If two or more participants remain exactly equal after every preceding objective Tie-Breaker, MyCloth India shall use the following final deterministic electronic tie-resolution procedure.

This procedure shall not be a lucky draw, lottery, jackpot or prize competition mechanism.

It is solely a final mathematical method for resolving an otherwise completely identical tie between participants who have already achieved the same highest performance result and have also remained equal under every published objective Tie-Breaker.

8.1 Eligible Tied Participants

Only participants who remain mathematically tied after Tie-Breakers 1–7 shall be included.

No other participant may be added.

No participant may be removed unless that participant becomes ineligible under the published Challenge Rules.

The final eligible tied-participant list shall be frozen before the electronic calculation begins.

8.2 Permanent Participant ID

Every registered participant shall receive a unique MyCloth India Challenge Participant ID.

The Participant ID shall be assigned by the official Challenge system.

Once assigned, the Participant ID shall not be changed for the purpose of affecting the Tie-Breaker.

Participants shall not be permitted to select their own Participant ID.

8.3 Challenge Identifier

The Challenge shall have a fixed identifier:

MCISBC-2026

This identifier shall be included in the final calculation.

8.4 Canonical Tie-Break Input

For each remaining tied participant, the system shall create the following exact text string:

MCISBC-2026|ParticipantID|FinalMainsVerifiedSales|AQTV|DGC|VNC|FinalAchievementTimestamp|ISR|OCS

All values shall use the final verified values recorded by MyCloth India's official systems.

No participant shall be allowed to modify these values.

8.5 Cryptographic Hash

The system shall calculate:

H = SHA-256(Canonical Tie-Break Input)

SHA-256 shall be applied to the exact UTF-8 encoded canonical input string.

The resulting 256-bit SHA-256 hash shall be converted into an unsigned integer.

8.6 Final Ranking Rule

The remaining tied participants shall be sorted by their SHA-256 unsigned integer value in ascending numerical order.

The participant having the lowest valid SHA-256 numerical value shall be declared:

RANK #1 — WINNER

All remaining tied participants shall be ranked below Rank #1 and shall not receive the Rank #1 Prize.

Important

The final electronic procedure:

  • shall not use a manually selected winner;

  • shall not use a MyCloth India employee's personal judgment;

  • shall not use follower count;

  • shall not use likes;

  • shall not use comments;

  • shall not use popularity;

  • shall not use social-media status;

  • shall not use participant preference;

  • shall not use a discretionary selection;

  • shall not be changed after the tie occurs.

The same published algorithm shall apply to every remaining tied participant.

9. AUDIT RECORD FOR FINAL ELECTRONIC TIE-RESOLUTION

MyCloth India shall retain an internal audit record containing, at minimum:

  1. Challenge ID;

  2. Participant IDs included in the final tie;

  3. Final Verified Eligible Sales;

  4. Aggregate Qualifying Transaction Value;

  5. Distinct Genuine Customer count;

  6. Verified New Customer count;

  7. Final achievement timestamp;

  8. Total attributable sales;

  9. Invalidated sales;

  10. Invalidated-Sale Ratio;

  11. Objective Compliance Score;

  12. Final verification completion timestamp;

  13. Exact canonical input string;

  14. SHA-256 hash;

  15. SHA-256 numerical value;

  16. Final calculated ranking;

  17. Date and time of the electronic tie-resolution procedure;

  18. System-generated audit/reference ID.

The audit record shall be securely retained in accordance with MyCloth India's applicable record-retention, privacy, security and legal-compliance requirements.

10. NO SUBJECTIVE TIE-BREAKING

MyCloth India shall not use any of the following as a Tie-Breaker:

  • number of social-media followers;

  • number of subscribers;

  • celebrity status;

  • social-media popularity;

  • likes;

  • comments;

  • shares;

  • views;

  • participant age, except where legally relevant to eligibility;

  • gender;

  • location;

  • personal relationship with MyCloth India;

  • personal preference of the Founder/CEO;

  • personal preference of an employee;

  • personal preference of a judge;

  • appearance;

  • fame;

  • subjective content quality;

  • subjective “influence”;

  • subjective customer popularity;

  • manual selection.

The purpose of the Tie-Break Mechanism is to determine one Rank #1 participant using pre-published objective criteria and auditable records.

11. FINAL WINNER RULE

After application of the complete Tie-Break Mechanism:

ONLY ONE PARTICIPANT SHALL BE DECLARED RANK #1 WINNER.

There shall be:

NO JOINT WINNER.

NO SHARED WINNER.

NO SECOND WINNER RECEIVING THE RANK #1 PRIZE.

NO DIVISION OF THE RANK #1 PRIZE BETWEEN TIED PARTICIPANTS.

If a tie occurs, the Tie-Break Mechanism shall continue sequentially until one participant is determined as Rank #1.

The final electronic SHA-256 procedure shall be used only if all preceding objective criteria remain exactly equal.

12. IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Tie-Break Mechanism:

Verified Eligible Sale

A sale shall count only when it satisfies all applicable requirements of the official MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE Rules, including genuine order placement, successful payment, official participant attribution, genuine customer status, absence of prohibited manipulation, satisfaction of minimum transaction requirements, applicable cancellation/return requirements and compliance with the Participant Advertising & Content Policy.

Aggregate Qualifying Transaction Value

The sum of the Net Qualifying Value of all Verified Eligible Sales attributable to the participant.

Distinct Genuine Customer

A unique genuine customer identified through MyCloth India's official customer/order records, counted only once regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed by that customer.

Verified New Customer

A genuine customer whose first completed eligible MyCloth India purchase, according to the official customer/order records, is a Verified Eligible Sale attributable to the participant and who had no earlier completed qualifying MyCloth India purchase before that transaction.

Invalidated Sale

A previously attributable sale that is subsequently determined not to qualify under the published Challenge Rules because of cancellation, return, refund, chargeback, fraud, prohibited relationship/account, manipulation, artificial activity, tracking failure, advertising-rule violation or another expressly stated disqualification ground.

Objective Compliance Record

A record calculated solely from documented and confirmed violations and the predetermined penalty schedule published in the MYCLOTH INDIA PARTICIPANT ADVERTISING & CONTENT POLICY.

13. FINAL PRINCIPLE

The MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE is designed so that the primary result is determined by verified performance, not chance.

The order of determination is:

Mains Verified Eligible Sales

Aggregate Qualifying Transaction Value

Distinct Genuine Customers

Verified New Customers

Earlier Achievement of Final Score

Lower Invalidated-Sale Ratio

Objective Compliance Score

Earlier Completion of Final Verification

Deterministic SHA-256 Electronic Tie-Resolution

ONE RANK #1 WINNER

No tie shall create multiple winners.

The Rank #1 Winner shall be the single participant objectively determined under this published mechanism, subject to final eligibility, verification, fraud prevention, compliance, tax and applicable legal requirements.
