1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

The MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE is a performance-based customer-acquisition Challenge designed to evaluate a participant's ability to generate genuine, attributable and compliant sales for MyCloth India.

Participants may promote MyCloth India and its products through permitted advertising, promotional, social-media, content and communication methods.

However, every participant is responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities are:

  • truthful;
  • accurate;
  • transparent;
  • non-deceptive;
  • lawful;
  • compliant with applicable consumer-protection and advertising requirements;
  • consistent with the official MyCloth India information;
  • respectful of customers and other participants; and
  • compliant with all official MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE rules.

The purpose of this Policy is to protect customers, participants, MyCloth India, the integrity of the Challenge and the accuracy of the sales generated through participant promotional activity.

2. OFFICIAL CHALLENGE DOCUMENT

This Participant Advertising & Content Policy ("Policy") forms part of the official MYCLOTH INDIA SKILL BASED CHALLENGE framework.

It must be read together with:

  1. the Master Terms & Conditions;

  2. the Official Master Date Schedule — 2026;

  3. the Official Prize Amount & Calculation Formula;

  4. the Official Tie-Break Mechanism;

  5. the Fraud Prevention and Disqualification Rules;

  6. the Winner Identity Verification & Prize Payment Rules; and

  7. any applicable official Challenge notice or clarification published by MyCloth India.

The Master Terms & Conditions remain the principal legal and participation framework. This Policy provides detailed requirements concerning participant advertising and promotional conduct.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By applying for, registering for, participating in, promoting MyCloth India, generating or attempting to generate Challenge-attributable sales, or otherwise taking part in the Challenge, a participant agrees to comply with this Policy.

A participant is responsible for promotional content that the participant:

  • creates;

  • publishes;

  • distributes;

  • sponsors;

  • pays for;

  • commissions;

  • causes another person to publish;

  • materially edits;

  • republishes; or

  • otherwise uses in connection with the Challenge.

A participant remains responsible for ensuring that promotional activity complies with this Policy even when another person or service is used to create or distribute the content.

4. CORE ADVERTISING PRINCIPLE

Every promotional communication must be:

TRUE + CLEAR + HONEST + NON-MISLEADING + VERIFIABLE + LAWFUL + CONSISTENT WITH OFFICIAL MYCLOTH INDIA INFORMATION.

Participants must not make a representation merely because they believe it may increase sales.

If a claim cannot reasonably be supported, the participant must not make the claim.

Participants must not create a false impression regarding:

  • the product;

  • the price;

  • the discount;

  • availability;

  • delivery;

  • returns;

  • refunds;

  • quality;

  • features;

  • performance;

  • customer reviews;

  • customer experience;

  • the Challenge;

  • the Prize;

  • the participant's relationship with MyCloth India; or

  • the participant's likelihood of winning.

5. OFFICIAL INFORMATION MUST CONTROL

Participants must use accurate and current information published through MyCloth India's official channels.

A participant must not invent, alter or exaggerate official information.

This includes, without limitation:

  • product names;

  • product specifications;

  • product materials;

  • prices;

  • discounts;

  • offers;

  • delivery information;

  • return/refund information;

  • Challenge dates;

  • qualification requirements;

  • Prize Amount;

  • Winner-selection rules;

  • Tie-Break rules;

  • eligibility requirements;

  • registration requirements; and

  • official MyCloth India statements.

If a participant is uncertain whether information is current, the participant should not publish the uncertain claim.

6. PROHIBITION ON MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS

Participants must not publish, communicate or encourage any advertisement or promotional communication that is false, deceptive, misleading or likely to materially mislead an ordinary consumer.

This includes misleading statements made:

  • verbally;

  • in text;

  • in captions;

  • in images;

  • in videos;

  • in livestreams;

  • in stories;

  • in advertisements;

  • on websites;

  • in messaging applications;

  • through social-media posts;

  • through comments;

  • through groups or communities; or

  • through any other communication channel.

This Policy is intended to operate consistently with applicable consumer-protection and advertising requirements, including applicable guidance concerning misleading advertisements and endorsements. The Department of Consumer Affairs has published the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022.

7. FALSE PRODUCT CLAIMS ARE PROHIBITED

Participants must not claim or imply that a MyCloth India product has a characteristic, benefit, quality or performance that the participant does not have a reasonable basis to support.

Examples of prohibited claims include unsupported statements such as:

  • "100% guaranteed quality" where such guarantee is not officially provided;

  • "best clothing in India";

  • "No one can beat this quality";

  • "guaranteed to last for years";

  • "guaranteed premium fabric";

  • "officially the most popular";

  • "the fastest-selling product in India";

  • "everyone is buying this";

  • "government approved";

  • "government certified";

  • "officially recommended"; or

  • any similar statement where the participant cannot substantiate the claim.

Participants must not invent technical, scientific, comparative or performance claims.

8. NO FAKE DISCOUNTS

Participants must not create or communicate a fake discount.

Examples include:

  • inventing an original price;

  • falsely claiming a product was previously sold at a higher price;

  • creating a fake "MRP vs sale price" comparison;

  • claiming an unauthorized coupon;

  • claiming a discount that does not exist;

  • falsely claiming "exclusive participant discount";

  • falsely claiming "secret discount";

  • falsely claiming "special influencer discount"; or

  • altering official pricing information.

A participant may communicate an officially published price, offer or discount accurately.

9. NO FAKE SCARCITY OR FALSE URGENCY

Participants must not create artificial urgency or scarcity.

Prohibited examples include:

  • "Only 2 pieces left" when the participant has no reliable basis for that statement;

  • "Offer ends in 10 minutes" when no such official deadline exists;

  • "Last chance forever";

  • "Never coming back";

  • "This price will definitely disappear tonight";

  • "Everyone is buying now";

  • "Buy immediately or you will lose the opportunity"; or

  • any similar statement designed to create a false impression of scarcity or urgency.

A genuine official deadline may be communicated accurately.

10. CHALLENGE INFORMATION MUST NOT BE MISREPRESENTED

Participants must not misrepresent the nature or operation of the Challenge.

Participants must not state or imply that:

  • the Challenge is conducted by UPSC;

  • the Challenge is a Government of India examination;

  • the Challenge is a government recruitment process;

  • the Challenge is government-sponsored;

  • the Challenge is government-approved;

  • the Challenge guarantees employment;

  • the Challenge guarantees income;

  • the Challenge guarantees a Prize;

  • qualification automatically means winning;

  • every participant receives a Prize;

  • every Mains-qualified participant receives money;

  • the Prize is divided among participants;

  • the Winner is selected randomly;

  • the Winner is selected by personal preference;

  • a participant has already won before the official result;

  • a participant is guaranteed Rank #1; or

  • any other statement inconsistent with the official Challenge documents.

The words "Prelims" and "Mains" are structural names used for the Challenge stages and must not be presented as Government or UPSC examination stages.

The Challenge is independently organised by MyCloth India and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or administered by UPSC or the Government of India.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF WINNING

Participants must not tell customers or other persons that purchasing from MyCloth India will:

  • guarantee the participant's victory;

  • guarantee Rank #1;

  • guarantee a Prize;

  • guarantee a specific income;

  • guarantee that the participant will qualify;

  • guarantee that a customer will receive any special benefit; or

  • guarantee any result not expressly provided by MyCloth India's official documents.

The Challenge has only ONE Rank #1 Winner.

Qualification for Prelims or Mains does not guarantee winning.

12. PRIZE AMOUNT MUST NOT BE MISREPRESENTED

Participants may refer to the published Prize Amount only accurately.

The maximum advertised Prize Money is:

UP TO ₹15,00,000 ONLY

The applicable Prize Money depends on the final number of Mains-qualified participants after final verification.

The Prize is not:

  • ₹15,00,000 guaranteed to every participant;

  • ₹15,00,000 guaranteed to every Mains-qualified participant;

  • a payment to every participant;

  • a Prize divided among all participants; or

  • a guaranteed amount before the applicable final Prize calculation.

Only ONE Rank #1 Winner receives the applicable Prize Money, subject to the official Challenge rules and verification.

The official Prize page states that the applicable amount is determined by the final number of Mains-qualified participants and that the amount is awarded to the sole Rank #1 Winner.

13. PARTICIPANTS MUST NOT INVENT THEIR OWN CHALLENGE RULES

A participant must not publish personal interpretations as though they were official MyCloth India rules.

Examples include:

  • inventing additional entry methods;

  • inventing additional Prizes;

  • inventing additional winners;

  • changing qualification requirements;

  • changing deadlines;

  • changing the Tie-Break mechanism;

  • promising special treatment;

  • promising a particular Prize amount;

  • claiming a private exemption;

  • claiming that a participant can buy their way into Rank #1; or

  • claiming that the participant has authority to modify Challenge rules.

Only official MyCloth India Challenge documents and authorised official communications determine the Challenge rules.

14. REQUIRED DISCLOSURE OF MATERIAL CONNECTIONS

Where a participant has a material connection with MyCloth India or is publishing promotional content in circumstances where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, platform policy or applicable advertising guidance, the connection must be disclosed clearly and prominently.

A material connection may include, depending on the circumstances:

  • monetary compensation;

  • a performance-based benefit;

  • a Prize opportunity;

  • free products;

  • discounted products;

  • promotional benefits;

  • other incentives;

  • commercial relationships; or

  • other benefits that could affect how a consumer evaluates the communication.

ASCI's influencer-advertising guidance states that material connections can require disclosure and provides recognised disclosure labels such as Advertisement, Ad, Sponsored, Collaboration, Partnership, Free gift and Affiliate, among others.

Participants must not hide a required disclosure in a manner that makes it difficult for consumers to notice or understand.

15. DISCLOSURE MUST BE CLEAR AND PROMINENT

Where a disclosure is required, it must be:

  • understandable;

  • sufficiently prominent;

  • visible in the relevant communication;

  • appropriate to the platform or format; and

  • presented in a way that an ordinary consumer can reasonably notice.

A participant must not rely solely on:

  • a profile biography;

  • an unrelated webpage;

  • a hidden disclosure;

  • a disclosure below a large amount of unrelated text;

  • tiny or unreadable text;

  • a disclosure concealed in a group of hashtags; or

  • another method that is unlikely to be noticed.

ASCI guidance states that disclosure should be upfront and prominent rather than hidden below the fold or solely in a profile/bio.

Participants must also comply with the specific disclosure tools and requirements of the platform being used.

16. NO DECEPTIVE TESTIMONIALS OR REVIEWS

Participants must not create, purchase, manufacture or publish fake reviews or testimonials.

A participant must not:

  • pretend to be a customer when they are not;

  • invent a customer experience;

  • create fake customer accounts;

  • ask people to post false experiences;

  • edit a genuine review to materially change its meaning;

  • publish fabricated screenshots;

  • manufacture fake comments;

  • purchase fake engagement or reviews;

  • impersonate customers; or

  • claim that a customer achieved an outcome that did not occur.

A participant must not selectively present information in a way that creates a materially false impression.

17. NO IMPERSONATION

Participants must not impersonate:

  • MyCloth India;

  • KRISHNA CREATOR VENTURE;

  • MyCloth India employees;

  • MyCloth India representatives;

  • MyCloth India customer support;

  • Government authorities;

  • UPSC;

  • banks;

  • payment providers;

  • customers;

  • other participants; or

  • any other person or organisation.

Participants must not create pages, accounts, websites, email addresses, advertisements or communications designed to appear officially operated by MyCloth India when they are not.

18. NO UNAUTHORISED GOVERNMENT OR UPSC ASSOCIATION

Participants must not use:

  • Government of India logos;

  • UPSC logos;

  • government seals;

  • government insignia;

  • official-looking government certificates;

  • fabricated government approvals;

  • fabricated UPSC endorsements; or

  • similar material

to suggest that the Challenge is government-operated, government-approved or UPSC-operated.

Any reference to UPSC must be consistent with the official non-affiliation disclaimer.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Participants must respect all intellectual-property rights.

Participants must not use another person's:

  • photograph;

  • video;

  • artwork;

  • music;

  • logo;

  • trademark;

  • brand identity;

  • copyrighted material;

  • written content; or

  • other protected material

without the necessary rights or permission.

Participants must not falsely imply that another brand, creator, celebrity, organisation or public figure endorses MyCloth India or the participant.

Participants may use MyCloth India brand assets only in accordance with any official brand-use instructions provided by MyCloth India.

MyCloth India may require removal or correction of promotional material that improperly uses its intellectual property.

20. NO FALSE AFFILIATION WITH OTHER BRANDS

Participants must not represent or imply that MyCloth India is:

  • partnered with another company;

  • endorsed by another brand;

  • sponsored by a celebrity;

  • officially associated with an unrelated organisation;

  • approved by a government authority; or

  • otherwise commercially connected with another entity

unless such relationship is officially confirmed by MyCloth India.

21. SPAM IS PROHIBITED

Participants must not use spam as a method of generating Challenge sales.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • mass unsolicited messages;

  • bulk promotional messages without appropriate permission;

  • repeated unwanted direct messages;

  • automated spam comments;

  • comment flooding;

  • irrelevant promotional replies;

  • mass tagging;

  • unsolicited email campaigns where unlawful or non-compliant;

  • repeated posting of identical promotional content;

  • excessive posting intended to manipulate reach;

  • scraping contact information for unsolicited promotion; or

  • similar abusive promotional behaviour.

Participants must comply with applicable communication, privacy, anti-spam and platform requirements.

22. NO BOTS OR FAKE ENGAGEMENT

Participants must not use:

  • bots;

  • fake accounts;

  • automated engagement;

  • click farms;

  • purchased followers;

  • purchased likes;

  • purchased comments;

  • purchased views;

  • artificial traffic;

  • fake leads;

  • automated customer accounts;

  • fabricated orders; or

  • other artificial engagement methods

to manipulate promotional performance or Challenge results.

23. NO SELF-PURCHASE MANIPULATION

A participant must not create artificial transactions for the purpose of inflating Challenge performance.

This includes transactions where the participant:

  • purchases from themselves;

  • creates or uses related accounts;

  • funds or reimburses the customer for the purchase;

  • uses another person merely as a proxy purchaser;

  • artificially coordinates transactions;

  • creates an account solely to manufacture a sale;

  • manipulates attribution; or

  • otherwise attempts to create a transaction that does not represent a genuine independent customer purchase.

The official Master Terms determine whether a transaction qualifies as a Verified Eligible Sale.

24. FAMILY AND FRIEND PROMOTION

Participants must understand that the Challenge rules distinguish between genuine transactions and artificial transactions.

For Prelims, the Challenge rules expressly permit a participant to generate the required 50 sales through family or friends.

For Mains, a family or friend transaction is not automatically valid or invalid merely because of the relationship.

However, a Mains transaction may be excluded if MyCloth India reasonably determines that it was:

  • a self-purchase;

  • funded or reimbursed by the participant;

  • made through a prohibited related account;

  • artificially created;

  • primarily intended to inflate Challenge statistics;

  • coordinated for manipulation;

  • cancelled;

  • returned;

  • fraudulent; or

  • otherwise contrary to the published Challenge rules.

Participants must therefore not describe every family or friend purchase as automatically qualifying for the final Mains result.

25. NO REIMBURSEMENT-BASED SALES MANIPULATION

Participants must not offer to secretly or openly reimburse customers for purchases for the purpose of manufacturing Challenge sales.

This includes:

  • cash reimbursement;

  • UPI reimbursement;

  • bank-transfer reimbursement;

  • gift-card reimbursement;

  • wallet reimbursement;

  • purchase refunds arranged privately;

  • payment of the customer's purchase by the participant; or

  • substantially similar arrangements.

Such activity may result in the transaction being excluded and may result in participant disqualification.

26. NO MISLEADING COUPONS OR PROMOTIONAL CODES

Participants must not create or distribute unofficial coupon codes while presenting them as official MyCloth India discounts.

A participant must not claim:

  • "MyCloth India gave me this private code";

  • "Use my secret government discount";

  • "Official Challenge participant discount";

  • "Guaranteed 50% off";

  • or similar statements

unless the offer is officially authorised and accurately described.

27. NO FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Participants must not tell customers that:

  • returns are impossible when the customer's statutory rights require otherwise;

  • refunds are guaranteed when they are not;

  • refunds are impossible when applicable policy or law provides otherwise;

  • buying through the participant removes statutory rights; or

  • customers must waive their legal rights to support the participant.

Challenge rules determine whether a transaction counts toward Challenge performance.

They do not by themselves remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

The Master Terms expressly preserve applicable customer statutory rights.

28. NO FALSE DELIVERY OR AVAILABILITY CLAIMS

Participants must not promise:

  • guaranteed delivery dates;

  • guaranteed delivery locations;

  • guaranteed stock availability;

  • guaranteed same-day dispatch;

  • guaranteed international delivery;

  • guaranteed customs clearance; or

  • other delivery outcomes

unless the statement is officially supported and applicable to the specific transaction.

29. NO UNAUTHORISED PAID ADVERTISING

A participant may use paid advertising only where the method is permitted by:

  • this Policy;

  • the Master Terms;

  • applicable law;

  • advertising-platform rules; and

  • any specific MyCloth India advertising instructions.

Paid advertising must not use deceptive claims, prohibited targeting, misleading creatives, false scarcity, fabricated reviews, fake discounts or unauthorised brand representations.

A participant is responsible for the content of advertisements that the participant creates, commissions or controls.

30. SEARCH-ENGINE ADVERTISING AND BRAND KEYWORDS

Participants must not use paid search or other advertising methods in a manner that:

  • impersonates MyCloth India;

  • falsely represents the participant as the official MyCloth India website;

  • creates a deceptive official-looking landing page;

  • misrepresents the relationship between the participant and MyCloth India;

  • uses prohibited trademarks or brand terms contrary to official instructions; or

  • otherwise creates consumer confusion.

Where MyCloth India provides specific brand-keyword or paid-advertising instructions, those instructions must be followed.

31. LANDING PAGES AND WEBSITES

A participant-created landing page must not:

  • look like the official MyCloth.in website when it is not;

  • use deceptive URLs;

  • copy the official website in a way that creates confusion;

  • collect customer information deceptively;

  • request passwords or OTPs;

  • request UPI PINs;

  • falsely claim to be MyCloth India;

  • display fabricated reviews;

  • display fake government approval;

  • make unauthorised product claims; or

  • contain malware, harmful scripts or deceptive downloads.

If a participant collects personal information, the participant is responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

32. CUSTOMER DATA AND PRIVACY

Participants must respect customer privacy.

Participants must not collect, purchase, scrape, disclose or misuse personal information for Challenge promotion in violation of applicable law.

Participants must not ask customers to provide:

  • passwords;

  • OTPs;

  • UPI PINs;

  • banking credentials;

  • payment-card security credentials;

  • government identity documents unnecessarily; or

  • other sensitive information

for the purpose of generating a Challenge sale.

A participant must not publicly disclose a customer's personal information merely to demonstrate that a sale occurred.

MyCloth India may use information available to it for lawful Challenge verification, attribution, fraud prevention and related purposes in accordance with applicable law and its applicable Privacy Policy.

33. NO MANIPULATION OF CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Participants must not:

  • force customers to provide positive reviews;

  • offer prohibited incentives for positive reviews;

  • threaten customers for negative reviews;

  • delete or suppress genuine feedback through deceptive means;

  • fabricate review screenshots; or

  • alter customer feedback so that it materially changes its meaning.

Participants may encourage customers to provide genuine and honest feedback where permitted by applicable law and platform rules.

34. NO MISLEADING COMPARISONS

Participants must not make comparative statements such as:

  • "better than every other brand";

  • "cheapest in India";

  • "best quality available";

  • "number one clothing brand";

  • "more durable than Brand X";

  • "guaranteed better than Brand Y";

unless the statement is objectively supportable and permitted under applicable advertising requirements.

Comparative claims must not unfairly denigrate competitors or create a misleading impression.

35. NO FALSE SOCIAL-PROOF CLAIMS

Participants must not fabricate:

  • sales numbers;

  • customer counts;

  • follower counts;

  • review counts;

  • order counts;

  • popularity rankings;

  • influencer endorsements;

  • celebrity endorsements;

  • media coverage; or

  • other forms of social proof.

For example, a participant must not state:

"10,000 people bought this today"

unless the participant has reliable authority to make that statement and the claim is accurate.

36. NO DECEPTIVE BEFORE/AFTER CONTENT

Participants must not manipulate images, videos or demonstrations to exaggerate product characteristics.

This includes:

  • deceptive editing;

  • misleading filters;

  • false colour representation;

  • artificial product effects;

  • digitally altered product appearance;

  • manipulated fit or size demonstrations; or

  • any visual technique that creates a materially misleading impression.

Where a visual has been materially altered in a way that affects a product claim, the participant must not present the result as an ordinary representation of the product.

37. CONTENT MUST NOT ENCOURAGE ILLEGAL CONDUCT

Participants must not promote MyCloth India or the Challenge through content that encourages:

  • fraud;

  • theft;

  • harassment;

  • impersonation;

  • unlawful discrimination;

  • unlawful gambling;

  • illegal financial activity;

  • cyber abuse;

  • identity theft;

  • payment fraud;

  • evasion of applicable law; or

  • other unlawful conduct.

38. HARASSMENT AND COERCION ARE PROHIBITED

Participants must not pressure, threaten, intimidate or harass a person into purchasing MyCloth India products.

Examples include:

  • repeated unwanted demands;

  • threats;

  • abusive messages;

  • intimidation;

  • exploiting personal relationships unfairly;

  • threatening to disclose private information; or

  • coercing a person to make a purchase.

A genuine sales recommendation must remain a voluntary customer decision.

39. NO TARGETING OF VULNERABLE PERSONS THROUGH DECEPTION

Participants must not knowingly exploit a person's vulnerability, lack of knowledge, age, financial difficulty or other circumstance to obtain a Challenge-attributable sale through deception.

Participants must communicate material conditions clearly.

40. PLATFORM RULES ALSO APPLY

Promotional activity must comply with the rules of the platform on which it occurs.

This includes, where applicable:

  • social-media platforms;

  • search engines;

  • advertising networks;

  • messaging platforms;

  • websites;

  • marketplaces;

  • email providers; and

  • other digital services.

Compliance with this Policy does not excuse a participant from complying with a platform's own rules.

Likewise, compliance with a platform's rules does not automatically mean that conduct complies with this Policy or applicable law.

41. CONTENT CREATED BY THIRD PARTIES

A participant must take reasonable care when another person creates or publishes promotional content on the participant's behalf.

The participant must not knowingly commission or encourage another person to:

  • make false claims;

  • create fake reviews;

  • impersonate MyCloth India;

  • publish spam;

  • manufacture sales;

  • conceal required disclosures;

  • manipulate Challenge statistics; or

  • otherwise violate this Policy.

A participant must not attempt to avoid this Policy simply by outsourcing prohibited conduct to another person.

42. INFLUENCERS, CREATORS AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL PARTNERS

If a participant engages an influencer, creator, agency, freelancer or other third party to promote MyCloth India, the participant must ensure that the arrangement and content comply with applicable disclosure, advertising, consumer-protection and platform requirements.

Where a material connection exists, applicable disclosure requirements must be followed.

ASCI guidance places disclosure responsibilities on both advertisers and influencers in applicable circumstances.

MyCloth India may reject sales associated with materially non-compliant promotional conduct.

43. DISCLOSURE EXAMPLES

Depending on the circumstances and applicable platform requirements, a clearly visible disclosure may use an appropriate recognised term such as:

Advertisement
Ad
Sponsored
Collaboration
Partnership
Affiliate
or another disclosure specifically permitted by applicable platform rules or guidance.

The appropriate disclosure depends on the actual relationship and content.

Participants must never use a disclosure label that falsely describes the relationship.

ASCI publishes recognised disclosure terminology and guidance for digital influencer advertising.

44. OFFICIAL MYCLOTH INDIA COMMUNICATION

Participants must not claim to be an official representative of MyCloth India unless expressly authorised by MyCloth India.

The following are official Challenge communication channels:

Grievance.MyCloth@gmail.com
Contact.MyCloth@gmail.com
Official.MyClothIndia@gmail.com

Participants should direct consumers to official MyCloth India information where an official clarification is required.

45. ANTI-FRAUD AND PAYMENT SAFETY

Participants must never tell customers that they must pay money to:

  • register for the Challenge;

  • unlock participation;

  • activate a Participant ID;

  • release a Prize;

  • increase their ranking;

  • verify a Prize;

  • obtain a "winner certificate"; or

  • obtain any other Challenge benefit.

The Challenge participation fee is:

₹0 — 100% FREE

MyCloth India does not authorise participants to collect a Challenge registration fee or Prize-release fee.

Participants must never request:

  • OTPs;

  • UPI PINs;

  • passwords;

  • banking credentials;

  • payment-card security information; or

  • other confidential authentication information

from customers or other participants in connection with the Challenge.

46. PROHIBITED SALES-GENERATION METHODS

The following methods are prohibited where used to manipulate, fabricate or improperly influence Challenge performance:

  • fake orders;

  • fraudulent transactions;

  • stolen payment methods;

  • unauthorised payment methods;

  • self-purchases intended to inflate results;

  • reimbursement schemes;

  • fabricated customers;

  • duplicate customer identities;

  • fake accounts;

  • bots;

  • automated orders;

  • manipulated attribution;

  • fraudulent referrals;

  • chargeback manipulation;

  • coordinated artificial transactions;

  • deceptive promotions;

  • unlawful spam;

  • impersonation;

  • fake reviews;

  • purchased engagement used to create deceptive social proof; and

  • any substantially similar method.

47. SALES ATTRIBUTION MUST NOT BE MANIPULATED

A participant must use the official Challenge tracking and attribution mechanism.

A participant must not:

  • overwrite another participant's attribution;

  • interfere with tracking;

  • manipulate tracking parameters;

  • create misleading redirect systems;

  • intercept another participant's customer;

  • intentionally overwrite cookies or tracking identifiers;

  • use technical methods to claim another participant's sale; or

  • otherwise interfere with the integrity of Challenge attribution.

Official tracking and system records will generally control attribution, subject to the Master Terms and applicable verification procedures.

48. NO FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT ATTRIBUTED SALES

Participants must not publicly claim:

  • a sale belongs to them when official records do not support it;

  • a customer was acquired by them when the official attribution does not support it;

  • a sale is already verified when it remains under verification;

  • a customer is genuine when the participant knows otherwise; or

  • a sale is final merely because an order was initially created.

An order is not automatically a Verified Eligible Sale merely because it appears in a system.

The Challenge Master Terms require successful verification of applicable payment, attribution, customer, fraud, cancellation/return and other eligibility conditions.

49. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

Participants must not encourage customers to place orders with the intention of:

  • cancelling them;

  • returning them;

  • obtaining fraudulent refunds;

  • initiating illegitimate chargebacks; or

  • otherwise manipulating Challenge statistics.

A transaction may cease to qualify as a Verified Eligible Sale if it becomes subject to a disqualifying cancellation, return, refund, chargeback, fraud finding or other eligibility failure under the official Challenge rules.

50. NO CUSTOMER RECRUITMENT THROUGH DECEPTION

Participants must not falsely tell a customer:

"You must buy this product to help me win."

Participants may explain that their performance depends on genuine eligible sales, but the customer must not be deceived regarding the nature of the Challenge or the consequences of purchasing.

A participant must not make a customer believe that purchasing guarantees the participant's victory.

51. NO FALSE CLAIM THAT A CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A PRIZE

A participant must not tell a customer:

"Buy this and you will get a share of the Challenge Prize."

unless such benefit is expressly and officially provided by MyCloth India.

The Challenge Prize is payable only according to the official Challenge rules.

52. NO UNAUTHORISED CONTESTS OR SIDE REWARDS

Participants must not create a separate customer contest, lottery, giveaway, reward scheme or similar mechanism using the MyCloth India name in a manner that:

  • appears to be officially organised by MyCloth India;

  • creates confusion about the official Challenge;

  • violates applicable law;

  • misrepresents the official Prize;

  • uses unauthorised MyCloth India branding; or

  • manipulates Challenge performance.

53. CONTENT MUST NOT DAMAGE CHALLENGE INTEGRITY

MyCloth India may review promotional content where reasonably necessary to determine whether:

  • advertising rules were followed;

  • a sale was generated legitimately;

  • attribution was manipulated;

  • customers were deceived;

  • Challenge statistics were manipulated; or

  • the participant complied with the official rules.

Participants must cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

54. RECORD KEEPING

Participants should retain reasonable records supporting material promotional claims made by them.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • original promotional content;

  • advertisements;

  • campaign creatives;

  • permissions;

  • invoices;

  • communications;

  • claim substantiation;

  • disclosure records; and

  • other relevant evidence.

MyCloth India may request reasonable evidence where necessary for verification or compliance review.

55. MYCLOTH INDIA'S COMPLIANCE REVIEW

MyCloth India may conduct automated and manual compliance reviews.

Review may include:

  • promotional content;

  • advertisements;

  • landing pages;

  • social-media activity;

  • attribution data;

  • order data;

  • payment status;

  • customer information available lawfully to MyCloth India;

  • cancellations;

  • returns;

  • refunds;

  • chargebacks;

  • traffic patterns;

  • unusual transaction patterns;

  • duplicate accounts;

  • related accounts;

  • technical indicators;

  • complaints; and

  • other information reasonably necessary for Challenge verification.

The Master Terms already permit fraud detection, audit and compliance review of promotional content and transaction patterns.

56. CORRECTION OR REMOVAL OF NON-COMPLIANT CONTENT

Where MyCloth India reasonably identifies promotional content that violates this Policy, it may request the participant to:

  • correct the content;

  • add a required disclosure;

  • remove the content;

  • stop a promotional campaign;

  • cease a particular advertising method; or

  • provide information reasonably necessary for compliance review.

A participant must comply with a reasonable compliance instruction within the timeframe communicated by MyCloth India.

57. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Depending on the nature, seriousness and circumstances of the conduct, MyCloth India may take one or more actions permitted under the official Challenge framework, including:

  1. warning the participant;

  2. requiring correction or removal of content;

  3. excluding affected sales;

  4. adjusting Verified Eligible Sales;

  5. adjusting Challenge statistics;

  6. withholding recognition of a disputed sale pending verification;

  7. excluding a participant from a particular qualification calculation;

  8. disqualifying a participant;

  9. suspending participation;

  10. restricting particular promotional methods;

  11. requiring additional verification;

  12. reporting suspected unlawful conduct to an appropriate authority where required or appropriate; or

  13. taking any other lawful action available under the official Challenge rules or applicable law.

The action taken will depend on the facts and applicable rules.

58. MATERIAL VIOLATIONS

A material violation may include conduct that substantially affects:

  • customer protection;

  • sales authenticity;

  • Challenge fairness;

  • attribution integrity;

  • Prize eligibility;

  • participant ranking;

  • legal compliance;

  • brand identity;

  • payment safety;

  • privacy;

  • fraud prevention; or

  • consumer trust.

A material violation may result in exclusion of affected transactions and/or participant disqualification under the applicable Challenge rules.

59. REPEATED VIOLATIONS

Repeated non-compliance may result in stronger action than an isolated minor error.

MyCloth India may consider:

  • the number of violations;

  • seriousness;

  • whether the participant corrected the conduct;

  • whether customers were harmed;

  • whether the participant attempted to conceal the conduct;

  • whether sales or ranking were affected;

  • whether the conduct was deliberate; and

  • other relevant circumstances.

60. SERIOUS FRAUD OR MANIPULATION

Conduct involving suspected serious fraud, deliberate manipulation, impersonation, stolen payment methods, fabricated transactions, systematic spam, technical manipulation or other serious misconduct may result in immediate suspension or disqualification, subject to the official Challenge framework and applicable law.

61. CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection law.

The Challenge rules determine whether a transaction qualifies for Challenge performance.

They do not independently determine or remove a customer's statutory rights.

62. LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Participants are individually responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their conduct.

Depending on the participant's activities, relevant requirements may include laws and rules concerning:

  • consumer protection;

  • misleading advertisements;

  • endorsements;

  • intellectual property;

  • privacy and data protection;

  • electronic communications;

  • taxation;

  • online advertising;

  • platform rules;

  • payment systems;

  • cybercrime;

  • fraud prevention; and

  • other applicable laws.

Nothing in this Policy constitutes legal advice to a participant.

Where a participant is uncertain about a legal requirement applicable to their own promotional activities, the participant should obtain appropriate professional advice.

63. GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE AND ADVERTISING STANDARDS

Participants must pay particular attention to applicable consumer and advertising standards.

The Department of Consumer Affairs publishes consumer-protection materials including the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022.

ASCI also publishes guidance concerning influencer advertising, including material-connection disclosures and disclosure placement.

Where applicable law imposes a stricter requirement than this Policy, the applicable law prevails.

Where a platform imposes an additional requirement, the participant must also comply with the platform requirement.

64. NO WAIVER OF APPLICABLE LAW

Nothing in this Policy:

  • excludes applicable law;

  • authorises unlawful conduct;

  • creates a legal exemption;

  • guarantees regulatory treatment;

  • removes statutory consumer rights; or

  • prevents a competent authority from exercising its lawful powers.

65. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MASTER TERMS

This Policy is incorporated into the official Challenge framework.

If promotional conduct violates this Policy, the consequences under the Master Terms and other applicable Challenge documents may apply.

The Master Terms govern the general legal and participation framework.

The detailed official documents govern their respective subject matter as stated in the Master Terms.

66. TECHNICAL AND OFFICIAL RECORDS

MyCloth India's official systems and records may be used to determine:

  • attribution;

  • order status;

  • payment status;

  • sales;

  • cancellations;

  • returns;

  • refunds;

  • chargebacks;

  • timestamps;

  • Participant IDs;

  • verification status;

  • customer-related verification information lawfully available to MyCloth India; and

  • other Challenge records.

Where a demonstrable technical error is established, the applicable Challenge documents govern correction of the affected record.

67. FINAL SALES DEADLINE

The official Challenge sales deadline is:

01 November 2026 — 08:00 AM IST Sharp

After this deadline, no new sales may be added to the Challenge's final sales count.

A transaction recorded before the deadline may remain subject to post-deadline verification.

The official Master Date Schedule confirms that final verification occurs after the sales-data freeze.

68. FINAL VERIFICATION

A participant must not represent an unverified transaction as a final Verified Eligible Sale.

MyCloth India may complete verification after the sales deadline.

If a transaction is subsequently found to be invalid before final results are confirmed, MyCloth India may remove the transaction and recalculate the participant's performance and applicable Challenge results in accordance with the Master Terms.

69. RANKING AND TIE-BREAK

The final Rank #1 Winner is determined by the official Mains performance and the published Tie-Break Mechanism where required.

The Tie-Break Mechanism is objective and sequential and exists to identify one Rank #1 Winner where the highest Mains Verified Eligible Sales score is tied.

Participants must not publish or promise an alternative Winner-selection method.

70. NO RANDOM WINNER SELECTION

The Challenge does not use a random draw to determine Rank #1.

Participants must not advertise the Challenge as:

  • a lucky draw;

  • a lottery;

  • a random giveaway;

  • a random Prize draw;

  • a jackpot;

  • or another form of random Winner selection.

The Winner is determined according to the published performance and Tie-Break rules.

71. NO MANUAL PREFERENCE

Participants must not claim that MyCloth India will select a Winner because the participant is:

  • a friend;

  • a relative;

  • an employee;

  • an associate;

  • an influencer;

  • a preferred person; or

  • otherwise personally connected with MyCloth India.

The official Master Terms expressly provide that the Winner is determined under the published performance and Tie-Break rules.

72. OFFICIAL RESULT

The official Challenge schedule provides for:

06 November 2026: Official Challenge statistics, final Mains qualification results and applicable Prize Amount.

08 November 2026 — 08:00 AM IST Sharp: Final Result and Rank #1 Winner Announcement.

Participants must not announce themselves or another person as the official Winner before MyCloth India publishes the official result.

73. NO FALSE WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS

A participant must not publish:

  • "I am the Winner";

  • "I won ₹15 lakh";

  • "My Prize is guaranteed";

  • "MyCloth India has selected me";

  • "I am officially Rank #1";

before the official Winner announcement unless the statement is clearly presented as hypothetical or non-official content.

74. OFFICIAL BRAND REPRESENTATION

The words "MyCloth India" must not be used in a manner that falsely suggests that a participant's personal account, website, page, group, advertisement or communication is an official MyCloth India channel.

Participants should clearly distinguish personal promotional accounts from official MyCloth India channels.

75. NO FABRICATED AUTHORITY

Participants must not state or imply:

"MyCloth India authorised me to say this"

unless the participant actually has such authorisation.

A participant must not use fabricated:

  • authorisation letters;

  • certificates;

  • screenshots;

  • emails;

  • contracts;

  • approvals;

  • badges;

  • identity cards; or

  • other evidence

to create an impression of official authority.

76. CONTENT LANGUAGE

Promotional content may be communicated in an appropriate language understood by the intended audience.

However, important conditions must remain understandable.

A participant must not deliberately use language ambiguity, translation tricks or unclear wording to hide:

  • commercial intent;

  • material conditions;

  • pricing;

  • limitations;

  • eligibility;

  • disclosure requirements; or

  • other material information.

77. CONTENT ACCESSIBILITY AND CLARITY

Material information should be reasonably readable and understandable.

Participants should avoid:

  • microscopic text;

  • unreadable disclosures;

  • extremely low-visibility disclosures;

  • misleading visual placement;

  • excessive text obstruction; or

  • other techniques designed to technically include information while making it practically difficult to understand.

78. CHILDREN AND MINORS

The Challenge participant eligibility requirement is minimum age 18 years.

Participants must not encourage minors to participate in the Challenge as participants.

Participants must also comply with applicable requirements when advertising products to or communicating with minors.

79. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Each participant is responsible for understanding this Policy before conducting Challenge-related promotion.

"My friend told me it was allowed" is not a substitute for compliance.

"MyCloth India did not immediately object" does not automatically mean that conduct is authorised.

A participant must follow the official published rules.

80. POLICY UPDATES

MyCloth India may issue reasonable administrative clarifications, corrections, technical instructions or legally necessary updates in accordance with the Master Terms.

MyCloth India will not use this Policy to introduce a new Winner-selection method retrospectively for the purpose of changing the Winner.

Any material official update will be published through the applicable official Challenge communication channels.

81. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to the extent applicable, the remaining provisions shall continue to operate to the extent permitted by applicable law.

82. APPLICABLE LAW

This Policy forms part of the official Challenge framework and is subject to applicable law.

The dispute-resolution and governing-law provisions contained in the Master Terms & Conditions apply to this Policy.
