required verification information and documentation;

2. OFFICIAL WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The official Rank #1 Winner Announcement is scheduled for:
08 November 2026 — 08:00 AM IST Sharp
The 06 November 2026 announcement concerns the final Challenge statistics, Mains qualification results and applicable Prize Money Amount.
It is not the Winner Announcement.
Only one participant will be declared the official Rank #1 Winner.
3. WINNER VERIFICATION IS MANDATORY
Being announced as Rank #1 does not by itself mean that Prize Money is immediately payable.
The Winner must successfully complete the applicable identity, eligibility, compliance, tax and payment verification process before the Prize can be released.
The purpose of verification is to confirm that the announced Winner:
-
is the same person who registered for the Challenge;
-
satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements;
-
is entitled to the announced Rank #1 position;
-
has complied with the official Challenge Rules;
-
can lawfully receive the Prize Money; and
-
has provided sufficient information for lawful payment and applicable compliance requirements.
4. WINNER IDENTITY VERIFICATION PERIOD
The Winner Identity Verification Period is:
Within 30–45 Working Days after the Winner Announcement
The verification process may begin after the Winner Announcement and may continue until the required verification and compliance checks are completed.
The Winner should respond promptly to reasonable verification requests.
Failure to complete mandatory verification within the applicable prescribed period may result in cancellation or forfeiture of the Prize, subject to the official Challenge framework and applicable law.
5. INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED
MyCloth India may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify the Winner's:
Where legally and operationally appropriate, the Winner may be required to provide valid Government-issued identity documentation.
Additional documentation may be requested where reasonably necessary to resolve an identity, eligibility, tax, compliance or payment issue.
MyCloth India will not require information that is unrelated to legitimate Winner verification or Prize administration merely for administrative convenience.
6. IDENTITY MATCHING
The information provided during Winner verification may be compared with the official Challenge records reasonably necessary for verification, including:
-
registration information;
-
Participant ID;
-
official Challenge records;
-
verified sales records;
-
communications relating to the Challenge;
-
information previously submitted by the participant; and
-
applicable payment or compliance records.
A discrepancy does not automatically mean that the Winner is disqualified.
Where reasonably possible, MyCloth India may request clarification or additional documentation to resolve a genuine discrepancy.
7. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY CONFIRMATION
The Winner must satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements contained in the official Challenge Terms & Conditions.
Where age verification is required, the Winner may be required to provide appropriate evidence sufficient to establish eligibility.
If verification establishes that the Winner did not satisfy a mandatory eligibility requirement, Prize eligibility may be cancelled subject to the official Challenge Rules and applicable law.
8. PARTICIPANT ID AND REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
The Winner may be required to confirm the official Participant ID associated with the winning Challenge account.
The Participant ID, registration record and other official Challenge records may be used to establish that the person completing verification is the participant who achieved the Rank #1 result.
A Participant ID is an administrative identifier and does not by itself determine the Winner.
The final Winner remains determined according to the official Verified Eligible Sales result and published Tie-Break Mechanism.
9. FINAL ELIGIBILITY REVIEW
Before Prize payment, MyCloth India may conduct a final administrative review to confirm that the Winner remains eligible under the official Challenge framework.
This may include confirmation of:
-
final Verified Eligible Sales;
-
Mains qualification;
-
applicable Tie-Break result;
-
compliance with Challenge rules;
-
applicable advertising/content requirements;
-
fraud and manipulation checks;
-
required verification information; and
-
applicable legal, tax and payment requirements.
The separate Fraud Prevention & Disqualification Rules govern fraud, manipulation, invalid transactions and disqualification matters.
These Winner Verification Rules do not replace those Rules.
10. VERIFICATION DOES NOT CHANGE THE PUBLISHED WINNER SELECTION METHOD
Winner verification is an eligibility and payment-compliance process.
It is not a second competition.
It does not permit:
-
random selection;
-
discretionary selection;
-
preferential selection;
-
selection of a different person merely because another person is preferred;
-
creation of multiple winners; or
-
alteration of the published Tie-Break Mechanism.
The Winner is determined through the official Challenge ranking and objective Tie-Break Mechanism.
11. TAX AND STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
Prize payment is subject to applicable tax, statutory and regulatory requirements in force at the relevant time.
Where legally required, MyCloth India may:
-
obtain information required for tax compliance;
-
make applicable tax deduction or withholding;
-
obtain applicable declarations or documentation;
-
retain required payment records; and
-
comply with applicable reporting obligations.
The tax treatment applicable at the time of payment or credit shall govern.
The Winner remains responsible for any additional tax liability that may legally apply to the Prize.
MyCloth India does not provide individual tax advice to the Winner.
12. BANK-ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Following successful identity and compliance verification, the Prize Money will be transferred to an eligible bank account associated with the verified Winner, subject to applicable banking requirements.
MyCloth India may reasonably require information necessary to verify that the receiving account is eligible to receive the Prize.
Where required, the Winner may need to provide:
-
account-holder information;
-
bank-account information;
-
applicable banking documentation; or
-
other information reasonably necessary to complete the transfer.
The Prize will not be transferred to an account that cannot reasonably be verified as an eligible payment destination.
13. THIRD-PARTY BANK ACCOUNTS
MyCloth India may require the Prize to be transferred only to an eligible account of the verified Winner where required by applicable law, compliance procedures or payment controls.
A request to pay the Prize into another person's account may be subject to additional verification and may be refused where the requested arrangement cannot reasonably satisfy applicable legal, tax, banking or compliance requirements.
MyCloth India is not required to make a Prize transfer where doing so would create an unreasonable legal, tax, banking, fraud or compliance risk.
14. PRIZE PAYMENT TIMELINE
Subject to successful Winner verification and completion of applicable compliance, tax and banking requirements:
Prize Money Distribution / Bank Transfer: Within 30–45 Working Days after the Winner Announcement
The applicable Prize Money is the amount determined under the official Prize Amount & Calculation Formula based on the final verified number of Mains-qualified participants.
The Prize is:
ONE applicable Prize Amount payable to ONE Rank #1 Winner ONLY.
It is not divided among participants.
15. WHAT MAY DELAY PAYMENT
Prize payment may require additional time where reasonably necessary because of:
-
incomplete Winner documentation;
-
identity discrepancies;
-
banking verification;
-
tax or statutory requirements;
-
compliance review;
-
payment-processing issues;
-
banking holidays or operational delays;
-
information requiring clarification;
-
legally required verification; or
-
other circumstances outside MyCloth India's reasonable control.
MyCloth India will make reasonable efforts to complete the payment process within the published period.
16. INCOMPLETE VERIFICATION
If the Winner does not provide information or documentation reasonably required for mandatory verification, MyCloth India may issue a reasonable request for completion or clarification.
The Winner should provide the requested information within the applicable verification period.
If mandatory verification remains incomplete after the applicable deadline, Prize eligibility may be cancelled or forfeited, subject to the official Challenge Rules and applicable law.
17. FAILED OR UNSUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION
Verification may be considered unsuccessful where, after reasonable review:
-
the Winner's identity cannot be established;
-
mandatory eligibility cannot be established;
-
required information is materially false or misleading;
-
required verification documents cannot reasonably be authenticated;
-
the Winner does not satisfy an applicable mandatory eligibility requirement;
-
required tax, compliance or payment requirements cannot be completed; or
-
another material disqualifying condition is established under the official Challenge framework.
Where reasonably appropriate, MyCloth India may request clarification or additional evidence before making a final determination.
18. FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION
The Winner must not knowingly submit:
-
false identity information;
-
forged documents;
-
altered documents;
-
materially misleading declarations;
-
false banking information;
-
false tax information; or
-
fabricated evidence.
Material misrepresentation may result in cancellation or forfeiture of Prize eligibility and may also be addressed under the applicable Challenge Rules and law.
19. DOCUMENT AUTHENTICITY
MyCloth India may conduct reasonable checks to determine whether documents or information supplied for Winner verification appear genuine and sufficient for the relevant purpose.
Where a document cannot reasonably be verified, MyCloth India may request another appropriate document or clarification.
Submission of a document does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
20. PRIVACY AND USE OF WINNER INFORMATION
Winner information will be used only as reasonably necessary for purposes including:
-
identity verification;
-
eligibility verification;
-
Prize administration;
-
tax and statutory compliance;
-
banking/payment processing;
-
fraud prevention;
-
legal compliance;
-
Challenge recordkeeping; and

official Winner communication or announcement where applicable.
Personal information will be handled subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

The Prize may be cancelled or forfeited where permitted under the official Challenge framework and applicable law, including where:
-
mandatory Winner verification is not completed within the prescribed period;
-
material ineligibility is established;
-
material fraud or disqualifying misconduct is established;
-
materially false information is provided;
-
required compliance cannot be completed; or
-

Prize forfeiture is not automatic merely because an administrative clarification is required.
Where reasonably appropriate, MyCloth India may provide an opportunity to clarify or correct a genuine administrative issue before making a final determination.
25. FRAUD DISCOVERED AFTER WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Winner Announcement does not prevent MyCloth India from discovering or reviewing material fraud, invalid transactions or material ineligibility that was not reasonably identified before the announcement.
Where such an issue is established, MyCloth India may take the action permitted by the official Challenge framework and applicable law.
The separate Fraud Prevention & Disqualification Rules govern such matters.
26. FRAUD DISCOVERED AFTER PRIZE PAYMENT
Where serious fraud, material ineligibility or other material misconduct is discovered after Prize payment, MyCloth India may take appropriate lawful action available under the official Challenge framework and applicable law.
Nothing in these Rules authorises unlawful recovery, unlawful deduction or other action outside applicable law.
27. NO GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT BEFORE VERIFICATION
The announcement of a Rank #1 Winner does not constitute an unconditional promise that Prize Money will be paid regardless of verification.
Prize payment remains subject to:
-
successful Winner identity verification;
-
final eligibility confirmation;
-
applicable Challenge Rules;
-
applicable tax and statutory requirements;
-
banking/payment requirements; and
-
applicable law.
28. NO CHANGE TO PRIZE CALCULATION
These Winner Verification & Prize Payment Rules do not modify the published Prize Amount & Calculation Formula.
The applicable Prize Amount is determined according to the official final number of Mains-qualified participants.
The Winner does not receive a different Prize Amount because of the identity-verification process.
29. NO CHANGE TO TIE-BREAK MECHANISM
These Rules do not modify the official Tie-Break Mechanism.
Where a tie was resolved before Winner Announcement, the published objective Tie-Break Mechanism remains controlling.
Winner verification is not a discretionary tie-breaking process.

Any correction will be made consistently with the official Challenge framework.
31. NO TRANSFER OF WINNER STATUS
Rank #1 Winner status is personal to the verified winning participant unless transfer is expressly permitted by applicable law and the official Challenge framework.
The Winner may not privately sell, assign or otherwise transfer the Winner status to another person as a means of avoiding mandatory verification.
