Policy Status: Official Program Information & Participant Requirements
1. WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS :
When MyCloth India approaches a Social Media Account Owner about the:
MYCLOTH INDIA ARMY — LONG-TERM SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER & BRAND PARTNER PROGRAM
one of the first questions is usually:
“What is MyCloth India's requirement from me ?”
This page provides the clear answer.
The purpose of this Program is not simply to ask a Social Media Account Owner:
“How many videos will you make ?”
The Program is designed around a broader long-term objective:
-
MAKE MORE PEOPLE KNOW MYCLOTH INDIA.
-
MAKE MORE PEOPLE NOTICE MYCLOTH INDIA.
-
MAKE MORE PEOPLE REMEMBER MYCLOTH INDIA.
-
MAKE MORE PEOPLE WANT TO WEAR MYCLOTH INDIA.
-
MAKE MORE PEOPLE PURCHASE MYCLOTH INDIA.
The Social Media Account Owner is given creative freedom to help achieve that objective through their own social-media presence, audience relationship, personality, creativity and content style.
2. THE FOUNDER'S CORE BRAND REQUIREMENT :
The founder's central requirement is simple:
Take the MYCLOTH INDIA name to more people.
MyCloth India is building a clothing brand for the long term.
The Company wants the brand name:
MYCLOTH INDIA
to become familiar to consumers.
The objective is to gradually build:
-
brand awareness;
-
brand recognition;
-
brand recall;
-
public familiarity;
-
customer interest;
-
product interest;
-
product usage;
-
customer trust;
-
customer purchases; and
-
long-term customer relationships.
This is a long-term brand-building objective.
It cannot reasonably be reduced to a fixed number of videos or posts.
3.WHAT DOES MYCLOTH INDIA ACTUALLY WANT FROM AN SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER?
In simple language:
Use your own social-media presence and creativity to introduce, mention, show, remember and promote MYCLOTH INDIA Brand to your genuine audience in an authentic and responsible way.
For example, if Social Media Account Owner :
-
creates a Reel;
-
creates a Short;
-
creates a video;
-
attends a party;
-
attends an interview;
-
attends an event;
-
travels;
-
appears in public;
-
creates lifestyle content;
-
creates fashion content;
-
creates entertainment content;
-
creates educational content; or
-
creates another form of permitted social content,
and there is a genuine and appropriate opportunity to introduce or display MYCLOTH INDIA BRAND, the Account Owner may use their own creativity to do so.
The important objective is:
MORE PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THAT MYCLOTH INDIA BRAND EXISTS.
4. THIS IS NOT A FIXED-VIDEO-COUNT PROGRAM :
The Program does not establish a universal rule such as:
“Every Social Media Account Owner must make exactly 10 videos per month.”
or:
“Every Social Media Account Owner must upload exactly 20 Reels.”
The appropriate amount and type of content can depend on:
-
the Social Media Account Owner's platform;
-
audience;
-
content style;
-
audience expectations;
-
opportunities available;
-
creativity;
-
public appearances;
-
product relevance;
-
campaign requirements;
-
platform rules; and
-
any participant-specific written agreement.
Unless a separate written obligation applies, the Social Media Account Owner generally has creative freedom regarding how they create content.
5. CREATIVE FREEDOM :
MyCloth India does not want every Social Media Account Owner to produce identical content.
An Social Media Account Owner may have their own :
-
personality;
-
language;
-
humour;
-
fashion style;
-
storytelling style;
-
editing style;
-
audience;
-
niche;
-
video format;
-
presentation style; and
-
creative identity.
That individuality can be valuable to the brand.
Therefore, the Program's objective is not:
“Everybody must make the same video.”
The objective is:
“Find your own authentic way to bring MYCLOTH INDIA BRAND to your audience.”
All content must nevertheless remain consistent with the applicable Advertising & Content Policy, platform rules, applicable law and any participant-specific agreement.
6. EXAMPLE — PUBLIC APPEARANCE :
Suppose an Social Media Account Owner attends :
-
a party;
-
an interview;
-
a public event;
-
a fashion event;
-
a travel event;
-
a social gathering; or
-
another public appearance.
If the Social Media Account Owner is wearing MyCloth India clothing and the situation naturally provides an opportunity to introduce the brand, the Account Owner may use their creativity to make the brand visible or mention:
MYCLOTH INDIA
For example, an Social Media Account Owner could naturally communicate:
“I am wearing MyCloth India.”
or otherwise show the MyCloth India clothing/brand where appropriate.
The exact creative expression is up to the Social Media Account Owner, subject to the applicable content and disclosure rules.
The goal is not to force an unnatural advertisement into every situation.
The goal is to create genuine brand visibility.
7. BRAND NAME VISIBILITY :
The central brand name is:
MYCLOTH INDIA
The Social Media Account Owner should use the correct brand name.
Where appropriate and authorised, the Social Media Account Owner may also use the official MyCloth India brand identity, including the official logo, according to the Company's brand/content requirements.
The Social Media Account Owner should not:
-
alter the brand identity in a misleading way;
-
create an imitation MyCloth India account;
-
claim ownership of the brand;
-
represent themselves as the Company's employee or official spokesperson without authorisation; or
-
use the brand to make an unauthorised Company statement.
The Advertising & Content Policy governs authorised use of the brand and logo.
8. THE BRAND SHOULD FEEL NATURAL:
MyCloth India does not want the Account Owner's audience to receive communication that feels unnecessarily artificial or misleading.
The preferred approach is:
AUTHENTIC CONTENT + CREATIVE BRAND VISIBILITY
rather than:
FORCED REPETITION + UNNATURAL ADVERTISING
An Social Media Account Owner should use their own understanding of their audience to decide how MyCloth India Brand can be introduced naturally.
9. PRODUCT EXPERIENCE :
Where products are provided, purchased or otherwise legitimately available to the Social Media Account Owner under the applicable arrangement, the Account Owner may create genuine content around:
-
wearing the clothing;
-
styling the clothing;
-
fashion combinations;
-
outfit ideas;
-
lifestyle use;
-
product appearance;
-
personal experience;
-
permitted product demonstrations; and
-
other genuine product-related content.
Product claims must remain truthful and supported.
An Social Media Account Owner should not invent claims about:
-
quality;
-
material;
-
durability;
-
health;
-
environmental characteristics;
-
discounts;
-
availability;
-
delivery;
-
refunds; or
-
other material product characteristics.
The existing Advertising & Content Policy governs these requirements.
10. THE ACCOUNT OWNER'S OWN CREATIVITY MATTERS :
MyCloth India does not expect the Social Media Account Owner to become a copy of the Company's marketing team.
The Social Media Account Owner knows their audience.
Therefore, the Social Media Account Owner may determine:
-
what content format works for their audience;
-
when the brand can naturally appear;
-
how to introduce the brand;
-
how to tell a story;
-
how to present the clothing;
-
what style of video to make;
-
what language to use;
-
what creative format is appropriate; and
-
how frequently to publish content,
subject to the applicable Program requirements.
11. MYCLOTH INDIA'S BRAND OBJECTIVE AND THE Social Media ACCOUNT OWNER'S CREATIVE FREEDOM
These two principles operate together:
| MyCloth India Wants | Social Media Account Owner Controls |
|---|---|
| More people know the brand | Creative format |
| More people remember the brand | Presentation style |
| More people see MyCloth India clothing | Content style |
| More people become interested | Storytelling approach |
| More people visit the brand | Appropriate posting opportunities |
| More people purchase | Audience communication style |
| Long-term brand awareness | Personal creative identity |
Therefore:
THE BRAND OBJECTIVE IS COMPANY-DRIVEN.
THE CREATIVE EXECUTION CAN BE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT-OWNER-DRIVEN.
12. THE UNIQUE DISCOUNT / COUPON CODE.
After appropriate acceptance into the Program, MyCloth India may provide the Social Media Account Owner with a unique:
DISCOUNT CODE / COUPON CODE
associated with that Account Owner.
The code can help customers receive an applicable offer, where the applicable offer is actually authorised and available.
More importantly for the Program, the code can help MyCloth India identify which customer purchases were associated with that Social Media Account Owner.
13. HOW THE COUPON CODE HELPS THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER
The basic process is:
MYCLOTH INDIA
provides a unique Social Media Account Owner code
↓
SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER
shares the code with their audience where appropriate
↓
CUSTOMER
visits MyCloth India and uses the applicable code
↓
MYCLOTH INDIA SYSTEM
records the transaction and associated attribution
↓
ATTRIBUTION
connects the qualifying transaction to the Social Media Account Owner
↓
PERFORMANCE CALCULATION
the qualifying transaction enters the applicable QNR → PCF → ACS methodology
↓
ANNUAL CALCULATION
the Social Media Account Owner's verified contribution is compared with the total eligible contribution
↓
ANNUAL LOYALTY NET PROFIT SHARE
the Social Media Account Owner may receive the applicable proportional allocation from the collective pool, subject to all Program requirements.
This is consistent with the existing Attribution and Performance Calculation framework.
14. WHY THE COUPON CODE IS IMPORTANT :
The coupon code is not merely a promotional code.
Where properly used, it can also function as an attribution mechanism.
For example: Social Media Account Owner "A"
has: MYCLOTH-A
Customer uses: MYCLOTH-A
The transaction can be identified as associated with Social Media Account Owner "A" , subject to the applicable attribution and qualification rules.
Likewise:
Social Media Account Owner "B"
has: MYCLOTH-B
Customer uses: MYCLOTH-B
The transaction can be associated with Social Media Account Owner B.
This helps distinguish the commercial activity generated through different Social Media Account Owners.
The Attribution Policy specifically recognises discount/coupon codes as an approved tracking method.
15. MORE GENUINE CUSTOMERS CAN MEAN MORE MEASURED CONTRIBUTION
The commercial logic is simple:
The more genuine qualifying customers an Social Media Account Owner brings through their approved tracking method, the more attributable commercial activity may be recorded for that Social Media Account Owner.
However, the final financial allocation is not based solely on the number of customers or units sold.
The Performance Calculation Methodology applies:
Attribution → Qualification → QNR → PCF → ACS → TACS → Annual Partner Pool → Individual Allocation.
Therefore:
MORE GENUINE ATTRIBUTABLE PERFORMANCE
can contribute to:
GREATER MEASURED CONTRIBUTION
which can affect:
THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER'S PROPORTIONAL SHARE OF THE COLLECTIVE POOL.
There is no guaranteed amount.
16. EXAMPLE :
Suppose three Social Media Account Owners have the following activity:
| Social Media Account Owner | Products Sold Through Approved Attribution | Product Mix |
|---|---|---|
| A | 350 | Higher-price products + high quantity |
| B | 500 | Lower-price products + high quantity |
| C | 150 | Mixed higher- and lower-price products |
Social Media Account Owner "B" has sold more units.
But that does not automatically mean Social Media Account Owner "B" receives the largest allocation.
MyCloth India processes the actual qualifying transactions and applies the applicable contribution methodology.
Therefore:
A's attributable activity → QNR → PCF → ACS
B's attributable activity → QNR → PCF → ACS
C's attributable activity → QNR → PCF → ACS
Then the respective ACS values are compared with TACS.
This is why the Program rewards verified commercial contribution, not simply raw unit volume.
17. WHAT THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER IS NOT REQUIRED TO DO :
Unless separately agreed in writing, an Social Media Account Owner is not automatically required to:
-
publish a fixed number of videos;
-
publish every day;
-
copy another creator;
-
use a fixed script;
-
make identical content;
-
guarantee a number of customers;
-
guarantee a number of orders;
-
guarantee sales;
-
guarantee revenue;
-
guarantee views;
-
guarantee followers; or
-
guarantee a particular financial result.
The Social Media Account Owner's financial participation remains subject to the Program's written performance and eligibility framework.
18. WHAT THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER IS EXPECTED TO DO :
An accepted Social Media Account Owner should generally:
| Requirement | Expectation |
|---|---|
| Genuine participation | Act honestly and in good faith |
| Brand visibility | Help introduce MyCloth India to their genuine audience |
| Brand name | Use MYCLOTH INDIA correctly |
| Brand/logo | Use authorised brand assets appropriately |
| Content | Create genuine, truthful and responsible content |
| Creativity | Use their own creative approach |
| Disclosure | Follow applicable advertising/platform disclosure rules |
| Coupon/Code | Use and communicate the approved code where appropriate |
| Attribution | Use approved tracking methods correctly |
| Product communication | Avoid unsupported or misleading claims |
| Customer communication | Do not make unauthorised Company promises |
| Security | Protect Program/account credentials |
| Compliance | Follow Program policies and applicable law |
| Fraud prevention | Do not manufacture or manipulate transactions |
These requirements work together with the existing Advertising, Attribution, Fraud, Privacy and Master Terms framework.
19. THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER BECOME A :
An Social Media Account Owner can be:
-
a fashion creator;
-
lifestyle creator;
-
entertainer;
-
interviewer;
-
comedian;
-
educator;
-
public personality;
-
content creator;
-
social-media personality; or
-
another eligible type of Social Media Account Owner.
The Social Media Account Owner's strength is their relationship with their audience.
The Program's objective is to connect that audience relationship with:
MYCLOTH INDIA
in a genuine and commercially useful way.
20. THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER'S AUDIENCE IS IMPORTANT :
An Social Media Account Owner should understand that the Program is not merely about making content.
The underlying commercial objective is to help create:
AWARENESS
People hear about MyCloth India.
↓
INTEREST
People become curious about MyCloth India.
↓
CONSIDERATION
People consider MyCloth India clothing.
↓
PURCHASE
People purchase MyCloth India clothing.
↓
EXPERIENCE
Customers use and experience the products.
↓
REPEAT RELATIONSHIP
Customers may return to MyCloth India in the future.
The Social Media Account Owner can contribute to this customer journey through genuine communication.
21. BRAND AWARENESS TAKES TIME :
MyCloth India is building a long-term clothing brand.
Brand awareness does not necessarily happen after:
-
one Reel;
-
one Short;
-
one video;
-
one mention; or
-
one customer.
The objective is cumulative.
Over time, repeated genuine exposure can help people:
See → Hear → Remember → Recognise → Explore → Wear → Buy MYCLOTH INDIA.
This is why the Program is designed as a Long-term social-media account owner and brand partnership program, rather than simply a one-time advertising arrangement.
The Master Terms describe the Program as a long-term, performance-based commercial relationship opportunity rather than a conventional one-time paid influencer campaign.
22. WHAT “GOOD PERFORMANCE” MEANS FOR THE BRAND :
From the Company's perspective, useful performance can include:
-
genuine brand visibility;
-
relevant audience attention;
-
genuine product interest;
-
genuine customer traffic;
-
attributable customer purchases;
-
proper use of the Social Media Account Owner's code;
-
repeat customer awareness;
-
responsible brand representation; and
-
long-term contribution to brand growth.
However, only the activity that falls within the applicable financial methodology contributes to the formal financial calculation.
23. BRAND AWARENESS AND FINANCIAL CALCULATION ARE DIFFERENT :
This distinction is extremely important.
BRAND OBJECTIVE
More people know: MYCLOTH INDIA
PERFORMANCE TRACKING
MyCloth India measures attributable commercial activity.
FINANCIAL CALCULATION
Qualifying attributable transactions enter:
QNR → PCF → ACS → TACS
FINANCIAL ALLOCATION
The collective Annual Partner Pool is allocated according to the applicable formula.
Therefore:
A video can be valuable for brand awareness without automatically creating a financial allocation.
Likewise:
A customer purchase properly attributed to an Account Owner can contribute to the financial calculation even though views or follower counts themselves do not.
This distinction is consistent with the existing Performance Methodology.
24. WHAT THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER SHOULD NEVER DO :
To protect both the brand and the Social Media Account Owner, the following conduct is prohibited or restricted under the applicable Program policies:
-
fake orders;
-
fabricated customers;
-
self-funded transactions;
-
reimbursed purchases designed to manufacture performance;
-
fake followers or bots;
-
artificial engagement;
-
manipulated attribution;
-
duplicate attribution;
-
fabricated screenshots;
-
false earnings claims;
-
misleading product claims;
-
unauthorised discounts;
-
unauthorised refunds;
-
impersonation;
-
unauthorised Company statements;
-
misuse of confidential information; or
-
other prohibited or fraudulent activity.
The detailed rules remain in the Fraud Prevention & Integrity Policy and Advertising & Content Policy.
25. THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER'S CONTENT SHOULD BE AUTHENTIC :
The Company wants the Social Media Account Owner's audience to understand that the content is genuinely connected to the Account Owner.
Therefore, content should generally be:
-
truthful;
-
understandable;
-
genuine;
-
appropriately disclosed;
-
lawful;
-
consistent with the actual product; and
-
consistent with published Company information.
These requirements are already established by the Advertising & Content Policy and are not repeated here in full.
26. THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER SHOULD NOT PROMISE FINANCIAL RESULTS :
An Social Media Account Owner must not tell their audience:
“Everyone gets 10%.”
or:
“You are guaranteed ₹X.”
or:
“MyCloth India guarantees that I will earn ₹X.”
or make other statements that misrepresent the Program's financial model.
The 10% refers to the collective annual allocation, not 10% payable to every individual Account Owner.
Individual allocation depends on the applicable performance calculation, eligibility, accounting, compliance, tax and agreement requirements.
27. THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTICIPANT MESSAGE :
If an Account Owner asks:
“So what do you actually want me to do ?”
The practical answer is:
“Bring MYCLOTH INDIA to your audience in your own genuine creative way. Make people know the brand, notice the brand, remember the brand and become interested in the brand. Where appropriate, show or mention MYCLOTH INDIA and use your approved discount/coupon code so that genuine customer purchases can be properly attributed to you. Your verified attributable commercial contribution can then participate in the Program's Annual Loyalty Net Profit Share calculation.”
That is the heart of the Program.
28. SHORT VERSION FOR ACCOUNT OWNERS :
WHAT MYCLOTH INDIA WANTS FROM YOU
1. Know the brand.
Understand MYCLOTH INDIA.
2. Show the brand.
Use your creativity to bring the brand into your content where appropriate.

4. Use your creativity.

When customers purchase through your approved tracking method, the transaction can be attributed to you.
7. Build long term.
More genuine attributable commercial activity can increase your measured contribution.
8. Stay genuine.

30. IMPORTANT: MORE ACTIVITY DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN MORE PAYMENT
An Social Media Account Owner should understand the difference between:
CONTENT ACTIVITY
and
FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION.
For example:
| Activity | Financial Effect |
|---|---|
| One viral video with no attributable qualifying purchase | May create brand awareness but does not automatically create financial allocation |
| 100 genuine attributable qualifying purchases | Can create measurable contribution |
| 500 low-contribution qualifying products | Contribution is calculated under QNR + PCF |
| 100 higher-contribution qualifying products | Contribution is calculated under QNR + PCF |
| Fake orders | May be excluded/investigated |
| Participant-funded purchases | May be excluded/investigated |
| Genuine customer purchases through approved code | Can enter the applicable calculation |
This is why the Program measures verified contribution, not vanity metrics alone.
31. NO FIXED PROMOTIONAL SCRIPT :
Unless separately agreed, MyCloth India does not require every Social Media Account Owner to use one identical promotional sentence.
The Social Media Account Owner may communicate in their own natural style.
For example, depending on the content:
“I'm wearing MyCloth India.”
or:
“Check out MyCloth India.”
or a natural product/fashion/lifestyle presentation that identifies the brand.
The exact communication should be truthful, appropriate to the content and compliant with applicable disclosure and advertising requirements.
32. NO UNAUTHORISED COMPANY REPRESENTATION :
Being a MyCloth India Army Account Owner does not automatically make a person:
-
an employee;
-
director;
-
owner;
-
shareholder;
-
legal representative;
-
official spokesperson;
-
customer-service representative; or
-
person authorised to bind MyCloth India.
The Advertising & Content Policy expressly preserves this distinction.
# LONG-TERM BRAND BUILDING = OUR HARDWORK + MYCLOTH INDIA
The intended relationship is:
MYCLOTH INDIA
provides:

-

-
brand visibility;

-

Together:
"BUILD WITH US, GROW WITH US"
33.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE :
The long-term objective is not merely:
“How many videos did you make ?”
It is broader:
-
More people know MYCLOTH INDIA.
-
More people recognise MYCLOTH INDIA.
-
More people see MYCLOTH INDIA clothing.
-
More people become interested in MYCLOTH INDIA.
-
More people wear MYCLOTH INDIA.
-
More people purchase MYCLOTH INDIA.
-
More genuine customers can be attributed to participating Account Owners.
-
Verified commercial contribution can then participate in the Annual Loyalty Net Profit Share methodology.
34. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER OFFICIAL PROGRAM DOCUMENTS :
This page explains what MyCloth India expects from an Account Owner.
It does not replace the detailed legal, financial, attribution, advertising, fraud, privacy or tax documents.
| Official Document | Main Purpose |
|---|---|
| Master Terms & Conditions | Overall Program framework |
| Annual Loyalty Net Profit Share Calculation & Accounting Policy | Financial calculation |
| Product Contribution Schedule & PCF Policy | Product contribution methodology |
| Attribution & Tracking Policy | Attribution and tracking |

35. NO GUARANTEED INCOME :
Participation does not guarantee:
-
customers;
-
views;
-
followers;
-
sales;
-
revenue;
-
profit;
-
ACS;
-
Annual Partner Pool;
-
individual allocation;
-
payment; or
-
any particular financial result.
The Social Media Account Owner's financial participation depends on genuine attributable performance and the applicable Program calculation, eligibility, accounting, compliance, tax and contractual requirements.
36.FINAL ANSWER TO THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OWNER
If you ask:
“WHAT DOES MYCLOTH INDIA WANT FROM ME?”
The answer is:
MyCloth India wants you to use your own social-media presence, audience relationship and creativity to take the MYCLOTH INDIA brand to more people.
We want people to hear the name, see the brand, remember the brand, become interested in the products, wear the products and ultimately purchase from MYCLOTH INDIA.
We do not want to unnecessarily restrict your creative style or force every Account Owner to create the same number or type of videos. You know your audience and your content style.
Where appropriate, MyCloth India may provide you with a unique discount/coupon code linked to your Account. When genuine customers use that approved code to purchase MyCloth India products, the transaction can be attributed to you. Those qualifying attributable transactions can contribute to your performance calculation and, ultimately, your proportional share of the collective 10% Loyalty Annual Net Profit Share, subject to the Program's written rules.
In simple words: bring the MYCLOTH INDIA name to your audience, create genuine attention, bring genuine customers, use your approved tracking method, and build with us for the long term.
37. FINAL PRINCIPLE :
MYCLOTH INDIA'S REQUIREMENT IS SIMPLE:
-
BRING THE BRAND TO THE PEOPLE.
-
BRING THE PEOPLE TO THE BRAND.
-
CREATE GENUINE BRAND AWARENESS.
-
CREATE GENUINE CUSTOMER INTEREST.
-
CREATE GENUINE ATTRIBUTABLE COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY.
-
BUILD THE BRAND FOR THE LONG TERM.
The Social Media Account Owner brings:
AUDIENCE + CREATIVITY + AUTHENTICITY + BRAND VISIBILITY + GENUINE PERFORMANCE
MyCloth India provides:
BRAND + PRODUCTS + TRACKING + PROGRAM FRAMEWORK + LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Together:
